The port is an important place for trade and the distribution of goods collection is a national or regional transport hub. With the change of the relationship between supply and demand of port service market in recent years, the port enterprises to seek more long-term development, trying to traditional business intelligence technology to assist the decision. However, due to traditional commercial intellectual technology only focus on structural data within the enterprise and has ability limitations on non-structural data processing outside enterprises, it caused unsatisfied effectiveness. However, in the analysis of customers and the external environment information, internal data can play a role is very limited. At this time often need to use external information to analyze and explain. More and more enterprises pay attention to enterprises, external data, especially the Internet in the presence of large amounts of unstructured data, the enterprise should pay attention to, can help the enterprise to achieve the deep business intelligence data. To solve this problem, this paper presents a based on Ontology of port customer web semantic information analysis method, through to enterprise external non structured data acquisition and processing, to extract port customer related information, and then use the ontology construction, logical reasoning and semantic analysis algorithm theory and technology, in order to make use of web page information related to the customers and achieve port enterprise managers to customer web information extraction and retrieval, is conducive to further describe the customer and characterization, for port customer decision-making provide external information basis.In this paper, the current situation of the construction of a port in Guangzhou as the research background, in order to build a semantic analysis of the port customer ontology as a means to further characterize the port customers for the purpose of. In research domain ontology construction theory, semantic web analysis method based on the research done as follows:first, the analysis of the demand of customer analysis using web information, and in order to establish port customer Web Semantic Analysis Framework of the system. Second, a domain ontology is built to describe the object. Third, the semantic analysis and logical reasoning model of port customer base on ontology is built. Fourth, according to the characteristics of the Web semantic analysis system of port customer, the customer is described and depicted. Finally, using the distributed computing technology and J2EE technology to realize the prototype system of the semantic analysis engine based on ontology. The current ontology and semantic analysis techniques, and the use of the crawler frame acquisition of port enterprises external information, analysis and indicators of customer information on external calculation, obtained based on external information of the customer evaluation, and port external customer evaluation index of port enterprise customer management as the basis, applied to specific customer contract management and financial management of business processes, help the port manager customer choice and decision. Through the research of this paper, the ontology and semantic analysis are applied to the analysis of the port customers, customer description, the development of customer policy has achieved certain results, which has a certain significance.
