According to the latest Notice on Further Standardizing the Management of Medical Waste issued by the State Council and the Ministry of Health in September 2017,as well as the requirements of the Regulations on the Management of Medical Waste,the Measures for the Management of Medical Waste in Medical and Health Institutions of the People's Republic of China,and the Classification of Medical Waste,which have been constantly updated in recent years,medical waste should be strictly controlled and managed.The classification,transportation,control and disposal of materials and garbage should be more perfect and perfect.The relevant systems and norms of medical garbage are becoming stricter and stricter.It is imperative to have specialized instruments for preservation,transportation and disposal.The purpose of this paper is to design an intelligent medical waste pretreatment product,which is mainly used in medical institutions,so that medical waste can be safely preserved in the first time and treated more perfectly.It can solve the pain points of medical waste storage in the existing hospital environment and really help medical institutions to create a healthier and pleasant hospital environment.Through pre-visit,observation and research,using KANO model and user demand analysis method,we can get explicit demand,tap potential demand,and synthetically analyze and refine the design elements.Aiming at function and appearance and interaction,the overall design scheme of product is determined,and the rudiment of product design is obtained,which provides design reference for other related products in this respect.Therefore,with the scientific KANO model method to get the demand,combined with a certain waste treatment technology,aiming at a series of existing problems of medical waste,guiding the design direction,design and develop an intelligent medical waste pretreatment product for hospitals.Previous methods used include literature research.Firstly,this paper studies the related concepts of the paper and the current situation of literature theory,to understand the current domestic and foreign design of medical waste problems,laws and regulations,as well as related solutions and countermeasures.In the field research part,the user interview and observation method are used to observe the target one day after selecting the target.At the same time,the hospital staff,patients and family members are interviewed to understand the generation,storage time,transportation time rule of medical waste,and to analyze and summarize the data,and put forward the design requirements.According to the design requirement opportunity,the design of medical waste pretreatment product was carried out,and the feasibility and reliability of the product was proved to be improved compared with the existing products.Design medical waste pretreatment products according to design requirements,and prove the feasibility and reliability of improvement compared with existing products,and then complete the final product effect diagram combined with computer-aided design,providing ideas and references for future design of related products.
