| With the vigorous development of the economy,competition among enterprises has intensified and gradually transitioned to competition among supply chains.On the one hand,traditional inventory management methods are wasteful of manpower,material resources and financial resources;on the other hand,people also put forward new requirements for green production of enterprises,hoping that enterprises can reduce environmental pollution from product production to the end of the product life cycle.The traditional Vendor Managed Inventory(VMI)cannot fully meet these requirements,so it is particularly important to optimize the VMI model and introduce a closed-loop recycling link.Taking company C as an example,with the help of system dynamics theory,the paper solved the problems of large inventory and high cost of current enterprise supply chain management model by established and analyzed system dynamics model and Economic Order Quantity model(EOQ).The specific research content is as follows:First of all,the paper introduced the basic theories of system dynamics,third-party logistics and inventory management methods,based on the system dynamics theory,with the help of Vensim software,the system dynamics models of VMI open-loop,VMI closedloop,VMI-TPL open-loop,VMI-TPL closed-loop are established respectively,compared the total cost,order demand,and total inventory of the supply chain between VMI open-loop and closed-loop,VMI-TPL open-loop and closed-loop,VMI closed-loop and VMI-TPL closed-loop mode,Lay a solid theoretical foundation for subsequent research.Secondly,construct an optimal EOQ.Under the condition that stock-outs are not allowed,for the inventory management model under the VMI-TPL integration mode,the optimization theory and the optimal economic quantity model are applied to construct EOQ mathematical model of an open-loop supply chain,a closed-loop supply chain(only considering recycling),and a closed-loop supply chain(Consider recycling and remanufacturing),analyzed and compared the three mathematical models.To explore the optimal economic ordering strategy for open-loop and closed-loop supply chains.Finally,through the simulation analysis of the system dynamics model and the example analysis of the optimal EOQ,conclusions can be drawn.The conclusion is as follows: the closed-loop supply chain inventory management strategy under the VMI-TPL integrated model that consider recycling and remanufacturing can effectively reduce the total cost and the inventory of the entire supply chain,the demand for orders tends to flatten.In the optimal EOQ of the closed-loop supply chain under the VMI-TPL integrated mode that considering recycling and remanufacturing,the order quantity and order cycle are the most reasonable and the cost is the lowest.This paper compared and analyzed the system dynamics models under the open-loop inventory management and the closed-loop inventory management,constructs the EOQ model under the open-loop inventory management and the closed-loop inventory management,looks forward to provide theoretical reference for improving the supply chain management model of domestic automobile parts enterprises. |
