Highway is an important basic public facility in our country,which plays an important role in the economic development of our country and region.Since 1988,When Shenda expressway,Hujia Expressway and other first highways in China’s mainland opened,the mileage of China’s highways has been increasing,and by the end of 2019,the total mileage of china’s highways has reached 1496 thousand kilometers,ranking first in the world.Asphalt pavement is the main road structure form of highway,accounting for more than 95%,the maintenance of asphalt pavement in China’s highway still has many problems,such as extensive maintenance decisionmaking,input and output is not coordinated,these problems directly affect the quality,cost and efficiency of maintenance.With the help of life cycle nursing concept,the introduction of long-term conservation planning and planned maintenance and maintenance are of great significance for improving the service level of highway pavement,extending service life,saving conservation funds,improving the utilization rate of resources,and guiding the financing arrangement of conservation funds.Based on the research and application of conservation planning at home and abroad,this paper studies the core theories,methods and models of design and maintenance planning,and then focuses on road surface detection and evaluation,traffic data analysis,conservation technical measures and engineering planning,and conducts a 10-year maintenance plan for Nanshagang Expressway in stages.The main research contents of this paper are:(1)Using 10 years,5 years and 1 year three time spans respectively to analyze the changes in traffic volume,on the basis of full consideration of road network changes,regional traffic volume,the use of secondary exponential smoothing method in the next 10 years of traffic volume forecast,including OD traffic data,three basic types of cross-sectional displacement load data and the natural rotation data presented in this paper.(2)From PQI and its sub-indicators,road structure strength and modulation,structural integrity,road surface typical diseases,road surface mixture performance,recovery asphalt performance,etc.,a comprehensive investigation and analysis of the existing road technology.(3)The maintenance process applied in Nanshagang Expressway since the opening of the road has been analyzed,and the relevant technology in the surrounding area and industry has been investigated,combined with the characteristics of Nanshagang Expressway,the process technology suitable for Nanshagang Expressway planning period has been screened,and finally the Nanshagang Expressway asphalt road maintenance technology measures library has been established.(4)Multi-model is used to predict road surface performance,in which bending data are used to verify grass-roots fatigue cracking,and thus to determine the overhaul time of each basic unit,to use modified S-shaped curve model and technical condition data to predict road surface performance after ten years,to determine the repair time,to use natural rotation data and re-correction S-curve model to determine the timing of preventive maintenance cover,in addition,to assist in conservation historical analysis and empirical method to correct various types of maintenance.(5)According to the forecast results,the planning period will be divided into "3 plus 4 plus 3" three stages,that is,in the near,medium and long term,respectively,developed the maintenance strategy of each stage,and then combined with the conservation process technical measures library completed the planning period asphalt pavement maintenance project planning and maintenance cost calculation.
