Applied Research For Hot Central Plant Recycling Technology In National Highway Of Baoshan,Yunnan

Yunnan is a major highway transportation province,and more than 90%of the transportation volume needs to be borne by highway.The road traffic load is relatively large,and the road surface damage caused is also relatively serious.As the road maintenance tasks increase year by year,the waste materials caused by road maintenance increase year by year.If these waste materials cannot be effectively used,they will cause greater pollution to the environment,which is contrary to the development concept of"green highway".This is an opportunity for the era of ecological and environmental protection.Research on asphalt pavement recycling technology has become an important means and urgent need to achieve sustainable development of highway transportation.The research of Yunnan highway pavement regeneration technology is still in its infancy,especially for the application research of pavement regeneration technology in national highways that bear most of the transportation capacity.Therefore,it is very necessary to carry out the research in this article and has certain demonstration and promotion value.Based on the actual project Provincial Highway S241 asphalt pavement bad road treatment project,the typical and representative road sections are selected,and the whole implementation process of the plant heat recovery regeneration maintenance plan from investigation and evaluation to construction is studied.First of all,the basic survey data was analyzed carefully,and then the sampling,RAP grading composition,old asphalt performance and old aggregate performance of asphalt pavement recycled material("RAP" for short)were tested,analyzed and studied.Based on the design of the mix ratio of recycled asphalt mixture.Secondly,the road performance of the recycled asphalt mixture was tested.Finally,the construction process of the hot-recycled asphalt mixed with factory asphalt is researched and summarized in combination with the actual project,and the quality and social and economic benefits of the construction project are evaluated.Put forward reasonable suggestions for improvement.The application and research of the thermal regeneration technology of the highway asphalt pavement plant in Baoshan Province will help to transform the traditional highway pavement maintenance model in the region,and provide scientific and reasonable research ideas and methods for related projects.It has certain practical significance and practicality.value.
