With the increasing mileage of highway maintenance in China,the base of waste asphalt pavement material(RAP)recovered by milling is increasing,which will inevitably have an adverse impact on the natural environment,and the recycling of RAP can meet the needs of highway maintenance raw materials.Reducing maintenance costs can also reduce environmental pollution.Therefore,China now pays more attention to highway regeneration technology.However,many regenerative mixing plants nowadays face the situation of shutting down and shutting down because they do not meet the national strategic goals of environmentally friendly production and green transportation.In this regard,the research group proposed the concept of transformation of green and factory-produced recycled asphalt mixture.Relying on the physical engineering to verify the quality effect of the production technical indicators of the recycling plant,it effectively solves the problems of low content of old materials,irregular sampling and unstable quality in the production process.First,on the basis of studying the current plant heat recovery technology and equipment,this paper improves and optimizes the traditional asphalt mixing plant production methods and environmental protection measures,introduces the concept of green asphalt mixture recycling plant,and proposes to use factory technology for heat The green production method of mixing recycled asphalt mixture,and expounding the value and necessity of its existence.Secondly,the performance variation parameters of RAP material recovered by milling are researched,and a quality control method using flexible crushing,bin screening,and benchmark material synthesis in the RAP pretreatment process is proposed.Based on the gray correlation analysis,the two levels of reference material0-5mm and 5-10 mm are determined.The laboratory experiment demonstrates that the reference material synthesis technology is feasible to reduce gradation variation and provides RAP quality control during the pretreatment process of the recycling plant.in accordance with.Then,the blending amount of the benchmark material after synthesis was determined to be 0%,30%,35%,40%,the mix design of recycled asphalt mixture was designed and Marshall test pieces were prepared,and the road performance was tested through the regeneration test to seek to improve A feasible solution that can guarantee the production quality while matching the rate.The test results show that the recycled asphalt mixture obtained by the method of benchmark material synthesis can meet the requirements of the specification,but the best content of 30% meets the requirements of recycled pavement performance.Finally,the factory’s regenerative quality control technology is used to make recommendations for the production process control indicators such as configuration system,sampling method,heating temperature,etc.,and the quality effect verification is combined with the actual production situation to provide technical basis for the quality control of each stage of the production operation of the recycling plant. |
