| With the large-scale construction of expressways,people are more and more deeply aware that when the construction of expressways brings the development of local social economic and the improvement of people’s living standards,due to the improper decisionmaking of the route scheme,it will bring serious damage to the natural resources,human landscape and ecological environment of the areas along the line.In the selection of expressway route plan,it is necessary to comprehensively consider the safety,social,economic and environmental factors,combined with the function and role of the road in the road network,to make a judgment on the necessity,trend and scale of the route construction,and to demonstrate the optimization results by scientific means.Therefore,it is very important to choose a scientific and reasonable route.Based on the new concept of green quality highway construction advocated by the Ministry of transport,this paper establishes a scientific and comprehensive index system which can reflect the characteristics of the highway route scheme from the comprehensive consideration of seven influencing factors of safety,technology,economy,society,energy conservation,environment and demonstration,and puts forward a weighted rank sum ratio structure which is improved by the concept of grey correlation and TOPSIS to make a more reasonable and practical expressway route plan,an evaluation model of route plan optimization is established.First of all,starting from the two concepts of building a green highway and building a quality highway,this paper puts forward the design requirements of the green quality highway line scheme,introduces the concept,principles and requirements of the highway line selection,and focuses on the factors affecting the highway line selection and the optimization process of the highway line scheme,which provides the necessary the theoretical basis for the later research work.Then,based on the concept of building a green quality highway,combined with the characteristics of highway construction and development needs,from the safety factor,technical factor,economic factor,social factor,energy saving factor,environmental factor and demonstration factor 7 aspects of comprehensive consideration,a systematic in-depth analysis of 27 evaluation indicators,so as to establish a scientific reflection of the concept of green quality highway construction evaluation index system of expressway route scheme optimization.In addition,this paper puts forward the rank sum ratio method,which is improved by the idea of grey correlation and TOPSIS method,to analyze the data from two angles of "quantity" and "direction" in the calculation process,so as to build an evaluation model suitable for route scheme optimization.This method not only combines the advantages of grey relational analysis and the closeness degree of TOPSIS method,but also preserves the original advantages of the classical rank sum ratio method,and has strong persuasiveness and advanced nature.Finally,taking Wanyang expressway construction project in Hainan Province as an example,combined with the established evaluation index system of green quality expressway route scheme optimization,the improved RSR method is used for route scheme optimization.The analysis results suggest that the recommended scheme K is adopted for the route scheme of the project,which is consistent with the analysis results of the design unit.Through the comparison with the results of other methods,the scientific rationality of the index system and model constructed in this paper is verified,which can better complete the optimization of green quality highway route scheme. |
