As the throat of urban traffic, hub node has been playing an important role in the process of traffic development. It is undeniable that the construction of the hub plays a great role in the development of the city, especially the surrounding area of the construction site. With the rapid development of China’s transportation construction, the single hub can provide limited transportation capacity,so the comprehensive hub can meet the increasing travel demand, and the traffic problems brought by the hub are also increasing.Originally, the idea of hub construction in urban center area and large traffic flow area for the convenience of residents began to be questioned.More and more scholars and traffic experts put forward the idea of hub relocation, that is,the hub location is moved to a place far away from the urban center.Although the travel distance has increased, the traffic congestion has been alleviated, but the travel time has been shortened.Based on the idea of hub relocation, this paper studies the location decisionmaking method for integrated passenger transport hub in mountainous cities.Firstly, the paper expounds the structural form, layout structure and development advantages of mountain cluster cities, summarizes the spatial structure types and characteristics of the cluster cities, mainly studies the characteristics of mountain cluster cities and comprehensive passenger transport hub,and lays the foundation for building the hub location model. And from the development, layout, traffic three aspects of analysis of the development advantages of the cluster City, sorting out and summarizing the traffic structure of the cluster City, road network composition, traffic flow, driving speed, travel characteristics of residents,to lay the foundation for the later analysis of the relationship between hub location and traffic.Secondly,it expounds the meaning, classification and function orientation of urban integrated passenger transport hub, studies and analyzes all kinds of hubs, and selects research objects.Next,it studies the aggregation effect of integrated passenger transport hub and the intensity of traffic connection between groups, and analyzes the game relationship between whether the hub location is moved out and the intensity of traffic connection between groups.Based on the knowledge of game theory, the location of hub and the intensity of traffic connection between groups are regarded as the two sides of game decision-making.The corresponding game benefits of different strategies adopted by both sides are analyzed. The replication dynamic analysis of benefit matrix is carried out to obtain the best probability of the intensity of traffic connection between groups and the relocation of groups. Then reorganize the decision-making process of location, which includes the division of traffic area and demand forecast. In this paper,BP neural network model is selected to forecast the demand, the hub location alternatives are determined according to the passenger flow intensity and node importance of the nodes, and then the hub alternatives are determined according to the passenger transport route of the hub station and the principle of urban circle layer.A mixed integer programming model is constructed with the purpose of generalized cost minimization, and the results of alternative alternatives are compared to determine the best location options. Finally, the The best scheme is verified by game analysis.Through the research of this paper, the model of hub location decision-making is obtained, which is suitable for mountain cluster cities when considering hub relocation. At the same time, the optimal range of hub relocation and traffic connection between clusters is obtained through game analysis. Finally, using Chongqing railway station integrated passenger transport hub as a case study, the research results are verified, which provides a theoretical reference for the location decision of integrated passenger transport hub in mountainous cities.
