| In the context of regional coordinated development,intercity economic and cultural connections are becoming increasingly close,which not only stimulates the growth of intercity travel demand,but also diversifies the demand for intercity travel.As the backbone of regional transportation system,intercity passenger transport corridor bears the task of intercity travel demand.As a result,there is an unadapt ability and imbalance between the current transport capability structure and the increasing intercity travel demand,and the contradiction between supply and demand is increasingly prominent,leading to fierce competition among different modes of transportation,and it is difficult to give full play to the synergy between modes of transportation.This brings serious challenges to the development of regional transportation system and hinders the harmonious development of regional cities.Therefore,relying on the national key research and development program,"Key Technologies for Integrated Operation of Multi-modal Passenger Transport Hubs in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Urban Cluster",it is the focus of this paper to meet the balance between supply and demand of intercity passenger transport corridor,realize the coordination of transportation modes,and promote the coordinated development of intercity passenger transport corridor transportation system and society.First of all,this study systematically introduces the concept and characteristics of passenger transport corridor,travel mode choice behavior and other basic theories.And it defines the passenger transport corridor and transport capability structure in this paper,analyzes the application of game theory and synergy theory in the intercity passenger transport corridor transportation system,and systematically analyzes the purpose,principle and idea of transport capability structure optimization based on synergy theory.Secondly,based on the disaggregate model,this paper design the SP survey of intercity passenger transport corridor travel mode choice.It analyzes survey data,build intercity passenger transport corridor travel mode choice NL model based on the generalized travel time and travel cost and calibration NL model parameter by Biogeme software.The goodness of fit of the model is 0.219,which shows that the NL model can describe the travel mode choice behavior of passengers in intercity passenger transport corridor scientifically and reasonably.Then,this study implementations fare optimization from the perspective of intercity passenger transport corridor transportation subsystem coordination.analyzes the game theory of influence factors of intercity passenger transport corridor transport enterprises based on the NL model under the different rate of passenger flow.It considers the fare of transport enterprises as decision variables,considers the benefits of transportation enterprise as payoff function and establish non-cooperative static tripartite game model,which is solved by Lingo software based on Lemke-Howson algorithm.The optimal freight fare scheme is 50 RMB for high speed railway,20 RMB for ordinary speed railway and 28 RMB for expressway passenger transport.Compared with the current fare scheme,it was found that the benefits of transportation enterprises had been improved.Finally,this study implementations transport capacity optimization from the perspective of the overall coordination of the intercity passenger transport corridor transportation system.With the goal of maximizing the enterprise benefit and minimizing the environmental cost of the intercity passenger transport corridor,a multi-objective bilevel programming model is established based on the optimized fare.Based on genetic algorithm by Python software,the optimal transport capacity scheme is 162(trips/day)for high speed railway,18(trips /day)for ordinary speed railway and 124(trips/day)for expressway passenger transport.Compared with the current transport capability structure scheme,it was found that the overall efficiency of the transport system was improved.And it designs the indicators for evaluate optimization scheme of supply and demand.The results show that the optimization scheme effectively achieves the balance between the supply and demand of intercity passenger transport corridor.On the basis of considering the game behavior of transportation enterprises,the bi-level planning model based on optimized freight rate optimizes the transportation capacity and realizes the coordinated optimization of transportation capacity structure,which not only improves the benefits of transportation enterprises in passenger channel,but also implements the development concept of low-carbon transportation,so as to realize the coordinated development of passenger channel and society.There are 21 figures,21 tables and 76 references. |
