At present,hot mix asphalt mixture is the most widely used in road asphalt pavement construction.It is necessary to maintain a higher temperature in the mixing process of the mixture,which not only consumes a lot of energy,but also produces many toxic gases at higher temperature.In addition,asphalt is a flammable substance,which is easy to burn and decompose because of traffic accidents and other reasons.In this process,a large number of toxic gases will be produced,which will bring great hidden dangers to the surrounding environment and the health of related personnel.For this reason,this paper takes SBS modified asphalt as the original asphalt,carries on the warm mix flame retardant double compound modification,develops a kind of warm mix flame retardant asphalt,causes the asphalt pavement to reduce the construction temperature while also has the good flame retardant performance.By orthogonal test,Has carried on the computation analysis to the different allocated proportion burning inhibitor,has obtained the best burning inhibitor.Has prepared the burning inhibitor.Through three target experiments and the SHRP experiment,has studied the different chemical additive to the bituminous binder performance influence.Moreover,designed the method through Marshall to conduct the research to in the standard hot mix bituminous mixture,Marshall design of warm mix flame retardant asphalt mixture is carried out,and its road performance tests such as high temperature,low temperature and water stability are carried out to determine its road performance.The flame retardancy of warm mix flame retardant asphalt mixture is evaluated by simulated combustion.The test result indicated that,after warm mixes the being flame-resistant modification,SBS bituminous mixture construction temperature drop approximately20℃.The Sasobit modifier can enhance the bituminous mixture the high temperature anti-wheel rut performance above 35%.But can reduce the bituminous mixture the low temperature stability and the water stability.The EC-120 modifier may make the bituminous mixture high temperature anti-wheel rut performance to enhance above25%,the bituminous mixture low temperature stability and the water stability reduce obviously,but the decrease range is lower than that of Sasobit modifier.The modified asphalt after warm mixing and flame retardant has good modification effect,which can reduce the mass loss of asphalt in combustion by more than 35%,and obviously reduce the road performance loss after combustion.
