The core technology of urban rail transit automation system is the technology of effective monitoring of all equipment,while providing perfect services for the convenience of passengers.Building Automatic System is the best control system for urban rail transit construction equipment.It realizes process automation based on equipment,process oriented,equipment management automation based on real-time or historical equipment status data,disaster prevention automation based on environmental status monitoring,energy management automation for the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction.In this paper,the design and implementation of BAS system software based on AB PLC is carried out in combination with the third phase of Beijing Metro Line X,which has important application value to BAS system.Firstly,this paper deeply analyzes the overall requirements of BAS system of Beijing Metro Line X,introduces the structure of BAS system,puts forward the interface requirements,system function requirements and software portability requirements of the system and related subsystems,and system requirements analysis combines the previous project experience and the basic requirements of operation dispatcher,station operator and electromechanical maintenance personnel.Secondly,based on the analysis of BAS system requirements,the overall design of syetem software is carried out according to the national programmable controller standard and other software design standards.The network structure design and software structure design are mainly introduced.According to the RSLogix5000 control program element model,the syetem software structure design reasonably planned the functions of the main end PLC,the slave end PLC and the IBP board PLC,and maximized the system performance.Based on the analysis of system requirements and the overall design of system software,the software is realized with RSLogix5000 as the software platform,including the realization of system interface software and the realization of main function software.In the implementation of system interface software,the method of CIP protocol with ISCS,the method of Esser third-party communication protocol(IDT)with FAS,and the method of MSG instruction with intelligent low voltage make the software change easier to understand and maintain,can be used across projects,and improve the portability of software.In the realization of the main function software of the system,the mode analysis of Fas adopts the method of table driving,and the point control function,mode control function,schedule control function and adjustment function of process equipment flexibly use lad,St programming language,in which the action sequence of the equipment related to the mode table is stored in the two-dimensional array,which is realized by a single step and main program call of St programming language,and the mode action modification is simple and convenient.The whole system software design adopts the design principles of object-oriented programming method,functional modularization,task-oriented or operation process,which has good maintainability,expansibility and portability,fully meets the needs analysis,and also realizes the integrity and correctness of the system functions.Finally,combined with the practical application,the system software is tested and verified,mainly for the interface test,function test and performance test.The test results meet the system requirements,and the test is passed.This test proves the validity,correctness,integrity and practicability of the software programming design and method in BAS application.At the same time,the successful application of this research method in other practical projects is listed,which can provide useful reference for BAS or other industrial control industries in other cities in China.
