The Research Hebei Province Industrial Test Institute

Since modern times,industrial development has been attached great importance.The speed and quality of industrial development determine the level of national development and international status.Industrial Technology is the core of industrial development,a group of industrial Test Institute established by the government in modern times was an important attempt to promote the development of industrial technology,and Hebei Province Industrial Test Institute was one of them.Hebei Province Industrial Test Institute was formerly Zhili Province of Industrial Test Institute,which was renamed Hebei Province Industrial Test Institute after 1928.It is a scientific and technological research institution with modern concepts.This institution was established early and has a relatively long existence,during the 20 years of its existence,it has facilitated the development of industrial materials and technologies,as well as the investigation of resources and industries within and outside the province.Hundreds of technical improvement tests carried out by the Industrial Test Institute focused on textiles,oil and grease,tanning,porcelain making,paper making,etc.these tests,together with those carried out by other provincial Industrial Test Institute,have contributed to the advancement of China’s industrial technology.The investigation of raw materials,mining industry and factories by the Test Institute has become a part of the investigation and research work of the National Industrial Test Institute,which promotes the exploration and utilization of national resources and promotes the development and progress of industry objectively.Based on the introduction of the background,organization,rules and regulations of Hebei Province Industrial Test Institute,this paper presents its overall features,this paper analyzes the experiments,investigations and industrial education of the institute for many years,and points out the importance and limitations of the Industrial Test Institute,so as to provide some references for the development of modern industrial technology research institutions in China.
