In recent years,a new round of energy transformation centered on electricity,characterized by cleanliness and intelligence is emerging on a global scale.The energy internet will serve as an innovative model of energy development and promote the upgrading and transformation of the energy industry.According to the relevant theories of procurement management and process optimization,on the one hand,the procurement business has been involved in corporate strategic decision-making,especially for electrical equipment manufacturing companies,the proportion of procurement costs in total revenue is increasing,and companies have to consider reducing costs and increasing efficiency.Find ways to reduce procurement costs.On the other hand,process optimization,as a key process for efficient operation in the enterprise value chain,plays a vital role in enhancing the company’s comprehensive competitive advantage.Therefore,enterprises must establish an efficient procurement process and continue to improve and optimize in order to enhance their competitive position in the global market.This article takes NR Group Corporation(hereinafter referred to as NR Group)as the research object.NR Group is a direct unit of State Grid Corporation of China.Under the guidance of State Grid ’s goal of building a world-class energy Internet company,NR Group serves as the main force for the construction of a strong smart grid The military has formed the strategic goal of “preliminarily build into a world-class supplier of complete electrical equipment and overall solutions,and build a highly profitable technological industrial group”.However,due to insufficient growth momentum of the global economy,coupled with increased downward pressure on the domestic economy,some industries with overcapacity continue to have intensified contradictions,market competition has become increasingly fierce,and production costs have increased rigidly.Against this background,the operating pressure of the NR Group continues to increase,which puts forward higher requirements for the NR Group to improve efficiency,innovation and development,and strengthen management.In order to adapt to the new situation,new environment and new features of the NR Group ’s rapid development,it is necessary to eliminate the procurement process Redundant,missing and poor links,establish an efficient internal procurement management process system to enhance the overall operating efficiency and competitiveness of the NR Group.This paper has six chapters.Chapter One mainly introduces the research background and research significance.Chapter Two mainly studies the relevant theories and methods of domestic and foreign procurement management and process optimization,paves the way for subsequent process optimization,and uses this as a theoretical support to find a research breakthrough-Research on Process Optimization Of NR Group’s Internal Purchasing Management.Chapter Three makes an in-depth analysis of the NR Group’s internal procurement management business characteristics and existing problems in the procurement management process.Chapter Four summarizes the problem into insufficient management and control capabilities and low execution efficiency,and focuses on process optimization around the three aspects of procurement model,supplier management and information technology.The main content of the procurement model optimization is to promote material selection,strengthen intensive procurement and streamline the approval process,which improves the procurement efficiency and scale efficiency.Supplier management has ensured the ability and quality of NR Group’s supplies by establishing dynamic and differentiated management.Information technology optimization relies on the construction of a full-process material procurement system to achieve online management and control of the entire procurement process,enhance cross-departmental business collaboration in procurement,and assist in purchasing business management decision analysis.Chapter Five guarantees the optimization of the implementation of the process through the establishment of a process optimization team,optimization of the organizational structure,strengthening of the material team building and improvement of the material rules and regulations,and continuous optimization of the procurement process.Chapter Six is the conclusion.
