The Study Of Manufacturing Process Flow Optimization For Electroncis Products Of FM Automobile Company

After entering into the 21 st century,the automobile industry has revealed a brand new development trend.The automobile “New Four Modernization”—Electrification,Networking,Intelligence and shared automobile is becoming the dominant development direction for all of automakers,but all of those features rely on the electronics products in the vehicle.The percent of electronics parts is getting higher and higher,and becoming more important.The manufacturing process flow of electronics product is a critical factor to fulfill “New Four Modernization” for the automobile.FM automobile company has more than one hundred history to manufacture the vehicles,it is taking the lead in this significant innovation for the automobile industry,the electronics products are dramatically rising up.However it is closely bound up to manufacturing process flow issues together.According to the manufacturing process flow characteristics of FM automobile electronics parts,the paper analyzed the manufacturing process flow for ECU(electronics control unit)what is the most typical electronics part in FM automobile company.Some 6 sigma statistical tools which are HT(hypothesis Test)and DOE(Design of Experiment)are utilized to analyze and optimize ECU’s manufacturing process flow.After the optimized ECU manufacturing process flow is available,in addition,the manufacturing process window is further established via DOE.Then the performance evaluation is conducted and compared for current manufacturing process flow and optimized one,the typical performance evaluation index including FTT(First Time Through),DPMO(Defects Per Million Opportunities)and OEE(overall Equipment Effectiveness)is calculated,we can see the optimized manufacturing process flow is much better than current one based on above performance evaluation indexes.At the same time,the optimized manufacturing process flow will bring up a big amount cost savings.Some pilot runs for optimized manufacturing process flow are conducted in the other electronics parts,at last optimized manufacturing process flow will be established as one of requirement for FM automobile company Electronics manufacturing process flow.This paper studied the manufacturing process flow of electronics parts for FM Automobile company,explored the optimization manufacturing process flow,it will provide the standardized manufacturing process flow for new electronics product development and manufacturing planning.
