| With the continuous increase of human and resource costs in China,the manufacturing industry needs to continuously improve the production technology and production management level to reduce costs and improve the competitiveness of enterprises in the market,so that the production scheduling problem has been paid attention to by enterprises and scholars.TwoStage Assembly Flow-shop Scheduling Problem(TSAFSP),as a hot issue in Scheduling problems,has attracted wide attention.This paper focuses on the two-stage Assembly flowshop Scheduling Problem.On this basis,considering the effect of production-logistics collaborative optimization and random disturbance events on the scheduling scheme,the research is closer to the reality.Firstly,in the two-stage assembly flow shop scheduling problem of production-logistics collaborative optimization under order pulling,the problem is mathematically described from four aspects:the first stage,the second stage,the transportation stage and the collaborative optimization mechanism.According to the workshop cost allocation method,the cost objective function for production scheduling optimization is constructed.Finally,according to the characteristics of the two-stage assembly flow shop scheduling problem under the cooptimization of production and logistics,a GA-TS algorithm,which integrates the advantages of genetic algorithm and the advantages of tabu search algorithm,is designed to improve the"premature" disadvantage of GA.Secondly,in cooperation with the production and logistics for the fault insert sheet and two stages of assembly flow shop scheduling problem,considering the production-logistics collaborative optimization,on the basis of further considering the random dynamic disturbance events,and build the threshold that would trigger the heavy schedule,machine failure probability calculation function and other model constraints in dynamic environment,The cost objective function is constructed and the machine availability is analyzed.Finally,according to the scheduling characteristics,a hybrid algorithm combining PSO algorithm and MBO algorithm is designed.Finally,against the background of an automobile production enterprise assembly workshop,the production and logistics under the collaborative optimization of two stage assembly flow shop scheduling model and production-logistics cooperation with the fault and insert sheet two stages of assembly flow shop dynamic scheduling model for the potential applications of research,to verify the rationality of the model and the optimization ability of the algorithm.The results show that the study of two-stage assembly flow shop scheduling problem can effectively improve production efficiency,and the scheduling model and solution method constructed in this paper can provide some theoretical reference and method support for the optimization of production process of enterprises in reality. |
