Jiangsu Province,as a city with a high level of urbanization and economic development,is also at the forefront of China.Further development of healthy buildings has certain economic foundation and practical significance.Healthy buildings focus on the physical and mental health of people, especially the environments such as noise, lighting and so on.With the improvement of living standards, people’s requirements for residential indoor acoustic environment are also getting higher and higher, but some noises are still annoying under the premise that the facade sound insulation meets the requirements of existing codes. How to build a healthy and comfortable indoor acoustic environment has become an urgent problem.According to Chinese monitoring of urban acoustic environment, including regional acoustic environment quality, road traffic acoustic environment quality and functional zone acoustic environment quality, and the noise complaints data, the paper analyzes the overall urban acoustic environment quality level of existing residences,as well as the main sources complained by residents. The main impact factors of the residential acoustic environment are classified and discussed from the two aspects of noise sources and noise transmission channels.Among all kinds of noise, the low-frequency noise is the most important issue of the acoustic environment in existing houses, for its wide existence and strong transmission ability.Existing codes can not meet the requirements for the acoustic environment of healthy residential buildings.Based on the comparison of existing foreign standards with Chinese standards, combined with the actual situation in Jiangsu Province, the paper attempts to put forward the recommended value of sound environment control index for healthy residential buildings in Jiangsu Province. In addition to the environmental noise control index and sound insulation performance control index, the low-frequency noise limit is added to solve the problem that the impact of low-frequency noise in the residential noise environment is underestimated.Among the standards and regulations for residential acoustic environment at home and abroad, some countries add additional sound level limits in low frequency bands or use correction coefficients to correct low frequency noise. It makes it difficult to compare the lowfrequency noise evaluation. This paper attempts to use psychoacoustic indicators to analyze and evaluate noise samples and explore the possibility as an evaluation method for low-frequency noise in buildings. In this paper, the typical equipment noise source inside the building is selected as the main research object, and the recording noise is analyzed by using Artemis software.First, compare the recorded sound analysis results with the on-site measurement sound results to ensure that the recorded sounds are relatively consistent with the noise environment effect generated by the device during operation;then the analysis results of the psychoacoustic indicators calculated by the software are compared with the A sound level and the proportion of noise energy. Finally, for this type of noise source, certain design and optimization measures are proposed. This paper uses Insul software to simulate the sound insulation effects of envelope structures which are commonly used in the existing residential buildings, and compares the sound insulation of various types of envelope structures and building internal wall structures in different frequency bands. In the research, through the comparison of the sound insulation effect of different construction methods, combined with the spectrum analysis results of the noise of residential equipment, the existing envelope structure was analyzed and improved,so as to achieve the purpose of prevention and treatment, and provide reference for the healthy and comfortable indoor acoustic environment. There are about 40058 words,27 diagrams and 62 illustrations in the thesis.
