With the rapid urbanization process and the growing demand for residential indoor environment, building performance is constantly facing new requirements and challenges. The acoustic environment and light environment are important parts of the indoor environment and they are closely related to physical and mental health of human. The construction industry in China is in the transition from green building to healthy building currently, and indoor environmental research in healthy residential buildings is extremely important.High level of economic development and good development of green buildings promotes the development ofhealthy residential buildings in Jiangsu Province.Based on the investigation of current indoor environmental standards and the research questionnaires, field tests and computer simulation methods, this paper proposes higher grading standards for the indoor acoustic and light environment of healthy residential buildings in Jiangsu,so as to improve the performance of residential buildings and the development of healthy buildings. The first chapter introduces the development of domestic green buildings and healthy buildings, and explains the significance of studying the indoor environment grading recommendations for healthy houses.By summarizing the research status of indoor acoustic and light environment at home and abroad,it is found that there is a lack of the research on the relationship between low frequency noise and indoor background noise. And also there is a lack of the classification of indoor environmental standards. The second chapter firstly provides an in-depth understanding of the living environment in Jiangsu, including the unique geographical features, climatic conditions, population distribution, economic development level and green building development. Then, the quality of the acoustic and light environment in the province is analyzed, and the current status of the acoustic and light environment in Jiangsu are obtained. The third chapter analyzes the domestic and international standards and regulations on indoor acoustic and light environment, and the evaluation standards of green buildings at home and abroad,in order to analyzes the similarities and differences between the corresponding regulations of different standards. The survey found that the requirements of“Healthy Residential Building Evaluation Standards”are relatively strict standards in the world, but there are still improvement space for provincial indoor environmental standards. The fourth chapter of this paper makes a subjective and objective assessment of the indoor acoustic and light environment in Nanjing through questionnaires and on-site testing methods. The results of the questionnaire show that the residents have a good overall satisfaction with the living environment.Compared with the indoor light environment, the indoor acoustic environment satisfaction is slightly worse. The data analysis of the measured results shows that the indoor acoustic environment quality of the test project is generally good, while the indoor light environment is poor. The author analyzes and summarizes the influencing factors of these results.Based on the fourth chapter, the fifth chapter focus on the in-depth study and discussion of the NR limit of low-frequency noise, looking for the relationship between NR value and indoor background noise L_A.For the indoor light environment, the author uses the light environment simulation module of Ecotect software to explore the influence degree of different influence factors such as window ratio, decoration material reflectance, furniture setting and light transmission member transmission coefficient. Finally, the recommendations for grading standards for indoor acoustic and light environment in healthy residential areas in Jiangsu Province are summarized. There are about 51000 words,51 diagrams and 71 illustrations in the thesis.
