Design And Research Of Tourist Public Toilets In Mountain-type Landscapes Resorts

In recent years,with the development of the "toilet revolution",the construction of tourist toilets in scenic areas is also in full swing to meet the general needs of large-scale tourists.From 2015 to 2017,with the completion of the first phase of the tourism toilet revolution,the number of public toilets in scenic spots has increased on a large scale.However,the toilet problem is a complex issue.It is not enough to solve the problem of quantity and the cleanness and no smell in the visual sense,so the tourism toilet revolution should develop in a deeper direction.Compared with urban public toilets,mountain-type scenic tourist public toilets have a more special external environment and crowd.They must not only solve their own functional problems,but also solve the problems of relevance with the external environment.And in the actual construction,the construction of toilets in mountain-type scenic areas is far behind that of urban public toilets and other types of scenic areas.In addition,there has been little research on tourist public toilets in mountain-type scenic areas.Tourism public toilets in mountain-type scenic spots involve multiple disciplines and face more challenges than common public toilets.From the perspective of architecture,this article connects with other disciplines horizontally and extracts key research contents to acquire some conclusions.This article first introduces the social background of the "toilet revolution",and makes a more detailed discussion on the basic overview of the tourism public toilets in the mountain-type scenic spots,and clarifies the research scope.Secondly,classify the research objects and put forward the "public toilet+" mode,which takes the toilet function as the core and takes the behavior of people in special environments into account.It also studies the environmental characteristics of mountain-type scenic areas and its own function and orientation,and proposes four major positionings of tourist public toilets in mountain-type scenic areas.That is the function as a "toilet" itself-the space released,the expansion of orientation-become the service point of tourism,the relationship between man-made and nature-become the carrier of landscape and cultural connotation – become carrier of regional culture.Then,from the five levels of space,form,material,humanization,and ecology,the relevant design strategies of toilets in mountain-type scenic areas are studied,and specific design methods and principles are proposed.Finally,the article combines a practical project the design of the ecological public toilets and service houses in the Wulingyuan Scenic Area of Zhangjiajie,and demonstrates the design strategy obtained in the previous analysis.
