Abstract/Summary:
China’s high-speed railways are gradually being networked,and their advantages of large capacity,strong timeliness and safety have been further tapped,and have become an important mode of transportation for citizens.Studying the network capabilities of high-speed railways can accurately find network capacity bottlenecks and help improve the overall network capacity utilization.At present,the existing research on the capacity of the railway network is mainly aimed at the calculation of the capacity of the ordinary-speed railway,which rarely combines the characteristics of the high-speed railway transportation organization,and as an important service object of the high-speed railway,the demand for service quality should also be the overall capacity of the network is fully reflected in the calculation.This paper mainly discusses the calculation of high railway network capacity that meets certain service level conditions.Based on the analysis of the research results of transportation capacity and road network performance at home and abroad,this paper defines the high-speed railway network capacity and network service level,and proposes an evaluation index system for the high-speed railway service level.Based on this,build a high-speed railway network capacity calculation model,and a example is used for solution verification.The main research contents of this article include the following aspects:(1)Based on the existing concept of railway capacity,put forward the concept of high-speed railway network capacity,then divide the high railway network capacity into the basic capacity,effective capacity,used capacity and potential capacity.Then it analyzes the influencing factors of high-speed rail network capabilities from both internal and external aspects,and proposes specific ways to improve capabilities.(2)Based on the concept of highway network service level and combining the characteristics of high-speed railway,propose a definition of high rail network service level.The factors affecting the service level of the high-speed rail are analyzed and summarized from the aspects of hardware equipment and transportation products.Based on this,the evaluation indexes of the service level of the high-speed railway network are proposed which are: transportation demand satisfaction rate,average capacity utilization rate of the section,average train bypass rate,road network congestion and capacity flexibility.(3)Combining the optimization of train route allocation and capacity calculation,with the maximum total number of trains in the road network and the minimum total transportation cost as the optimization goals,a model for calculating the basic capacity of the high railway network is proposed,and on this basis,reflections such as detour rate and congestion are added constraint of service level,construct a model for calculating the effective capacity of the high-speed railway network.In the final calculation example,the lingo12 software was used to solve the same network using the high-rail network basic capacity calculation model and the high-rail network effective capacity calculation model,and the calculation results of the two models were compared to verify the reasonable validity of the model.The result provide reference for research and solution of problems.
