| In recent years,the mountain railway in our country is still in the stage of vigorous development,and the Sichuan-Tibet railway is also under comprehensive planning and construction.Under the Party’s development concept of "green water and green mountains are the golden mountains and silver mountains",maintaining economic vitality and green ecology is an inevitable requirement for sustained and healthy development.However,mountainous areas are sensitive and fragile,and railways will have a greater impact on the ecological environment along the route.In the railway planning and design stage,it is the key work of route selection to include the impact and protection of the environment into the key considerations and select the best trend plan.Due to the complicated decision-making process of the line plan and the outstanding number of qualitative indicators,a large amount of information will be lost in the traditional quantization process.A single method of decisionmaking is often used for plan evaluation.Therefore,this paper proposes the green selection of mountain railway based on cloud model and GRA-TOPSIS by proposing the combination of cloud model and grey relation analysis and technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution(GRA-TOPSIS for short).The line plan is to select a comprehensive evaluation model and conduct a case study.First,the concept and connotation of green route selection are expounded,and the characteristics and principles of the green route selection of mountain railways are summarized.Through the analysis of the natural environment,social environment,technical feasibility and economic environment of mountain railway green route selection,combined with the characteristics of mountain railway route selection,select typical indicators for indepth study.Combined with rough set theory,the initial indexes constructed are screened by information entropy attribute reduction method,and then the index system is optimized.Constructed a mountain railway line plan optimization index system based on green route selection.Then,combined with the outstanding number of qualitative indicators in the optimal index system of mountain railway schemes,the traditional qualitative indicator quantization method cannot take into account both ambiguity and randomness.A method of using cloud forward generator,single rule generator and uncertain inference rules to convert qualitative language expression into cloud model quantitative score is proposed.Reduce the loss of information during the quantification of qualitative indicators,analyze and construct the optimal comprehensive decision matrix for green line selection scheme based on cloud model.Secondly,it is proposed to calculate the subjective weights based on the cloud modelanalytic hierarchy process,which can retain the uncertain information in the expert opinions.The objective weight is calculated by the entropy weight method,combined with the chisquare distance combination weighting to calculate the combination weight.Reduce the result error caused by information loss in the weighting calculation process,making subjective and objective weighting more scientific and accurate.Third,through the discussion of conventional decision-making methods,combining cloud model and gray correlation method,the advantages and disadvantages of TOPSIS in the optimization of route schemes,and analyzing the applicability of mountain railway scheme optimization,a mountain railway based on cloud model and GRA-TOPSIS is constructed Research model of green route selection scheme optimization.Finally,taking the ecologically sensitive and fragile Sichuan-Tibet railway project as an example,the cloud model and the GRA-TOPSIS mountain railway green route selection model are applied to the route plan of the Changdu to Bangda section to verify the effectiveness and applicability of the model.It provides a certain reference for the optimization of the green route selection scheme of mountain railways. |
