H Company Business Process Optimization Research Based On SOP Application

In recent decades,in pace with rapid development of information technology and its innovation,World’s manufacturing has experienced great change,mainly featuring in its strong trend of globalization.However,on January 17 th 2017,the UN Department of economic and social affairs in New York headquarters issued the "2017 world economic situation and Outlook" report,predicting that the world economic development trend is not optimistic,still facing low growth,low international trade flow,low inflation,low investment,low interest rates,high debt levels and highly depending on the monetary policy.This policy will be improved slightly in 2017,but the world economy will still grow slowly.Chinese manufacturing enterprises is facing fierce competition under this economic situation.As the lifeblood of the manufacturing enterprises,business process management is becoming more and more important.Many manufacturing enterprises have taken it as an important strategy to strengthen the business process management.To reduce the cost,improve the production and operate the business process flexibly,have become the main model of operation and decision of the enterprises in the fierce environment.Meanwhile,as an important tool of the strategic implementation and coordination with internal and external activities,sales and operation planning have been chased by lots of enterprises as well.How to optimize business process management through the sales and operation planning,is concerned by the majority of scholars and managers.This paper is aiming to prove that the theory of sales and operation plays an important role in business process management through living examples.First,questions shall be raised in certain research background.Based on the questions,domestic and international literature shall be reviewed.Finally,the paper shall lead to the sales and operation theory and its important role in business process management;Second,it will introduce the connotation process of the sales and operation planning;thirdly,theory connects with practice.In accordance with the actual situation of enterprises,It shall analyze the internal current disorder of business process management,through the quantitative analysis method,value flow chart,and five why questions analysis to identify the defects in the business process management,and also analyze necessity and feasibility of the sales and operation planningin optimization process of the chain management;Finally,under the guidance of the theory of sales and operation planning,business process management process of H company will be dredged and improved,supply and demand shall be balanced,production efficiency shall be improved,and cost of the operation shall be reduced as well.Therefore,it proves that sales and operation theory not only plays an important role in the optimization of enterprise business process,as well as to improve the competitiveness of enterprises.
