| With the change of the times,the rapid development of global economic integration leads to more and more fierce competition among various industries and enterprises,and this kind of competition has risen from the traditional individual competition to the competition among industrial chains.In recent years,China’s automobile industry has developed rapidly and gained a certain position in the world.As the main component of automobile,automobile parts industry is developing rapidly.However,in the process of development,every enterprise has the pressure of product upgrading and management.With the entry of more and more auto parts manufacturing enterprises,the industrial system has been initially improved.However,the market competition pressure is becoming increasingly intense.Therefore,the requirements of main engine manufacturers on auto parts supply enterprises are becoming more and more strict,while the traditional management strategy can not meet the requirements of main engine manufacturers.In all aspects of supply chain management,supplier management and optimization should be carried out It is the most important link and the main method to control enterprise cost.Enterprises can also show their competitive advantages through supplier management.Taking BS company as the research object,this paper studies the supplier management of BS company.First of all,on the basis of consulting a large number of literature,this paper summarizes the research status of supplier management in auto parts companies,and combs out the related concepts and theories of supplier management.Then,it introduces the organizational structure and procurement management process of BS company,and then analyzes the status quo of supplier management of BS company from three aspects of supplier classification management,supplier selection and evaluation,and supplier relationship management,and finds out the problems and reasons in the supplier management of BS company,mainly including: unreasonable supplier classification management method and supplier selection There are four aspects: imperfect system,imperfect supplier evaluation index system and lack of cooperation consciousness with suppliers.Secondly,using matrix classification method,analytic hierarchy process and other related methods,this paper designs the supplier management scheme of BS company from four aspects: supplier classification management,supplier selection method,supplier evaluation index system and supplier relationship management.Finally,the implementation effect of BD company’s supplier management optimization scheme is analyzed,it puts forward five aspects of strengthening the organizational guarantee,technical support,human resource guarantee,system and culture guarantee and other guarantee Safeguard measures.In this paper,through the study of BS auto parts companies and suppliers to establish a sui Tab relationship model,not only can BS company supplier management be optimized,but also to enhance the competitive advantage of China’s auto parts companies has a certain practical significance.The author hopes that this study can provide some reference value for the supplier management of Auto Parts Companies in China,and also provide theoretical reference for other researchers. |
