| In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s transportation market,the competition of various kinds of transportation is becoming more and more stiff.Passengers are no longer just considering the speed of travel,but more considering the comfort and convenience during their travel.At present,China’s high-speed railway network has a certain scale.Due to the rapid growth of passenger flow,which requires the passenger transport department to focus on improving service quality and passenger satisfaction.Therefore,it is of great significance to improve the competitiveness of railway passenger transport department by adopting a scientific and reasonable evaluation model to fully understand passenger travel demand and objectively and comprehensively evaluate passenger satisfaction.Firstly,based on the status quo of domestic and international passenger service satisfaction research,the status and role of high-speed railway passenger transportation service were analyzed and the characteristics and structure of passenger transportation market were discussed,which illustrates the urgency and necessity of improving passenger transportation service of high-speed railway.Secondly,the basic theory of passenger transportation service and passenger satisfaction of high-speed railway was expounded,and the structure and characteristics of the passenger transportation market were analyzed.Then the basic theory of the Vague set model is introduced,and the advantages of using the Vague set method are explained.Fourthly,the specific evaluation indicators were proposed and the satisfaction evaluation model of high-speed railway passenger service based on Vague set that can fully considers the passenger travel demands was established.Then a C#-based railway passenger service satisfaction questionnaire system was developed.The questionnaire system not only can automatically perform statistical analysis and form a data chart,but also can provide basic data support for the solution of the Vague set model and be used for confidence intervals and evaluation level calculation.And then based on the actual situation of Guangzhou South Railway Station,the current status of the station is discussed,and the Vague set model was used to solve the problem,at the same time,the objective comprehensive evaluation of the case was realized.Finally,the improvement measures and opinions were put forward,and the accuracy of the model and algorithm was verified. |
