With the rapid strengthening of the country’s economic strength,exchanges between regions have gradually increased,which has increased the requirements for the speed and convenience of the transportation system.At present,the state pays special attention to the advancement of high-speed rail construction,so as to ensure that the transportation system can meet the needs of the people’s life and national economic development.Designing a scientific flight plan can not only improve the working efficiency of flight attendants,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,but also effectively save various railway operating costs.Staff scheduling in the crew planning system has a fundamental role,which not only affects the normal operation of the train,but also affects the work efficiency of the high-speed rail and crew.In the past,the schedule design process was often carried out manually,based on the subjective assumptions of the relevant staff,which led to the lack of scientific theoretical support and the time spent in the design process.This not only makes it difficult to ensure the quality of the scheduling plan,but also causes problems such as waste of human resources.Therefore,from the perspective of theoretical research,through research and practical work to explore the principles of design,it is necessary to use computer means to complete the setting of shift schedules is the only way for the development of railway informatization.This paper analyzes the existing research results,grasps the design process of the shift plan,and effectively uses the theoretical system of transportation organization,linear planning,graph theory,and optimization,based on the overall consideration of the design of the shift plan.In the specific research process,the process of generating passenger services is divided into two steps,corresponding mathematical models are constructed,and corresponding algorithms are designed to complete the solution work.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)From the perspective of high-speed rail passenger transportation plans,the specific and influential elements of the system are discussed,and related concepts are derived.Based on the design process of the passenger service plan,it is divided into two sub-items,the traffic plan and the shift plan,so as to lay the foundation for the design of the shift plan.(2)Regarding the problems in the passenger traffic route,it will be used as the basis for the design of the subsequent scheduling scheme.Combined with the continuity requirements of the interchange scheme at both the time and space levels,a directed graph can be used to represent the connection of the nodes in the graph as the connection between the sections,and then the shortest connection time is set as the optimization goal to construct the corresponding The model was then optimized from the perspective of traffic equilibrium,and the simulated annealing algorithm was used to solve the high-speed train trips from Shanghai Hongqiao to Hangzhou East.(3)For the flight attendant scheduling problem,it is classified as one of the traveling salesman problems.In order to ensure the balance of the flight attendant’s work,the single-cycle mode is used for scheduling,and it is mainly divided into two parts: work and vacation The content is to set the shortest connection time as the optimization target.After selecting the genetic algorithm to obtain the crossover sequence,add a break time to ensure that the cabin crew gets sufficient rest and complete the design of the shift plan.The development of this research work can enrich the theoretical system of high-speed rail shift plan design at the theoretical level,and effectively promote the overall development of the passenger service plan design system in terms of practical significance.In the last chapter of this article,the results of this research work,the shortcomings in the work are summarized,and the development of subsequent research work is prospected.
