| With the rapid development of high-speed railway,it is increasingly important for passenger transport management units to improve management efficiency and reduce operation and management costs,which puts forward higher requirements for the formulation of crew scheduling plan.This paper takes the optimization of crew scheduling plan as the research object.On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the current situation and characteristics of crew scheduling plan,it puts forward the influencing factors of crew scheduling plan,constructs a multi-objective optimization model of crew scheduling plan,and uses improved genetic algorithm to solve it.At the same time,it develops an automatic scheduling system based on genetic algorithm.Automated scheduling is realized.This study has important practical significance for improving the efficiency of scheduling planning and optimizing the allocation of crew members in passenger section.The three key problems in this paper are: the analysis of the mental health cycle curve of the crew;Based on the lowest crew management cost and labor balance optimal model establishment and algorithm solution;Automated scheduling system research and development.The division of crew groups is the basis of the scheduling plan.This paper takes the mental health factors of crew members into the important factors of the division of crew groups,and studies how to divide crew groups according to their mental health status.Based on the analysis of various factors affecting the scheduling plan,the paper constructs the mental health cycle function of the crew,and analyzes the mental health state and its influence on the scheduling crew group division according to the low tide period,critical period and high tide period.The core content of this paper is to establish a multi-objective optimization model of crew scheduling and design an automatic scheduling system based on genetic algorithm.Firstly,the status quo and characteristics of crew scheduling plan are analyzed.Then from the number of crew,accommodation cost,labor balance and so on,the optimization model of high-speed railway passenger crew scheduling plan is determined.On this basis,the paper uses the improved genetic algorithm under the condition of optimal preservation strategy to solve the optimized model,improves the convergence speed and solving quality of the algorithm,and finally obtains the crew scheduling schedule under the optimal solution.At the same time,combined with the actual situation of a passenger section,the automatic scheduling system is designed by using the optimization model of crew scheduling plan proposed in this paper.The feasibility of the model algorithm and automatic scheduling system proposed in this paper is verified by taking the train number data of a motor team in a passenger section as an example. |
