| As the backbone of modern public transport,the metro railway has exclusive right of way,which has the advantages of large traffic volume,fast operation,high efficiency and energy saving.Many big cities in China have gradually formed a urban public transport system with metro railway as the main body and multiple ground public transport coexisting.If an emergency occurs in the mertro railway and the intercal service is interrupted,the passenger travel will be interrupted and the risk of passenger aggregation will be increased.Timely and efficient evacuation measures can reduce the loss of passengers and the risk of aggregation.Therefore,researching the behavior of passenger traffic evacuation under service interruption and how to design an efficient bus bridging operation mode have great significance to protect the interests of passengers after service interruption.The research content of this paper is mainly composed of four parts.In the first part,this paper summarizes the definition,classification,and classification of emergency events that may affect the normal operation of the metro railway system.It focuses on the definition and classification of emergency situations that may cause service interruption in the metro railway,and summarizes emergency measures after the service interruption in the metro railway.Finally,the classification and description of the emergency bus bridging operation mode are explained.In the second part,the scale of the affected passengers after the interruption of metro railway service is calculated,and the calculation formula of directly affected passengers is given.Then,taking the individual as the research object,this paper studies the traffic evacuation decision-making process of stranded passengers after the interruption of metro railway interval service.Under the assumption of passenger rationality and incompleteness rationality,the traffic evacuation decision model aiming at the minimum generalized travel cost is established respectively.Finally,This paper presents the mechanism of the evacuation decision of stranded passengers on the emergency bus bridging operation mode.In the third part,this paper proposes an emergency bus flexible bridging strategy,which takes the appropriate bus route original and terminal stations as the effective evacuating source in the case of metro railway interval service interruption.This strategy solves the problems of emergency buses and driver shortage.This paper proposes the the combined bridging operation mode which consist of direct bus route and regular bus route.The emergency bus bridging process is divided into two sub process: dispatching and operation.In the dispatching process,a multi-objective optimization model is established to minimize the maximum bridging time and minimize the overall delay of bus passengers.This model takes into account the travel benefits of stranded passengers on the metro railway and those affected bus passengers.In the operrating process,Optimized model with minimum average passenger delay was built.In the fourth part,this article takes the disruption of Fangcun to Xilang Station of Guangzhou Metro Line 1 as an example,and the Python is used to collect the basic data.This paper uses the passenger traffic evacuation behavior model to get the demand for emergency bus bridging,and takes Cplex to solve the two-stage model.Then completed the sensitivity analysis of evacuation effect,evacuation demand and evacuation times.Compared with the traditional bridging model and other flexible bridging models,this model has a good effect in bridging efficiency,buses use and average passenger delay. |
