Rail transit is becoming more and more important in the urban public transportation network,and many passengers choose to travel by subway.Once the subway interrupted during the operation,the line’s operating capacity will reduce.When the accident is serious,it will cause large-scale delays or detentions of trains and passengers,and this effect will spread along the transportation network.Therefore,the dispose of the accidents that lead to the interruption of subway operation is crucial.When dealing with subway interruption accidents,it is a very effective emergency treatment method to use road bus resources to evacuate subway stranded passenger and replace the interrupted section to complete the rail transit transportation function.In this thesis,we studied the emergency response plan of the subway company and the research on the current situation of emergency at home and abroad,and then we have designed a emergency bus bridging services system for rail transit operators.The main contents of the thesis are as follows:Starting from the system design concept,we analyze the bus connection organization.Through the classification of unexpected accidents,we study the impact of accidents and driving adjustment programs,and establish the service scope of bus connection.By splitting the organization department of the connection service,we have established the main participants of the connection service and the process of public transport connection,which provides ideas for the overall design of the system.Secondly,from the system design point,we build the framework and divide the modules of the system,taking into account the user needs and transport processes.Then we complete the overall function design of the system.Then,from the perspective of system development,we conduct overall system design based on B/S architecture,and adopt MVC design and development model for system development.We select the My SQL database management system for database design and use the column generation algorithm to complete the modeling of the bus connection path.Then we complete the detailed design of the system.Finally,from the perspective of system implementation,we introduce the core interfaces and functions involved in each module,and show the important interfaces to realize the overall function of the system.This article completes the implementation of the emergency bus bridging services system,which meets the emergency response needs of the subway company.As a subsystem of the subway,emergency response platform,this system together with other systems,serves rail transit operations,which improves the efficiency of emergency response work and contributes to the safety of subway operations.
