| China has a large population and vast territory, along with economic development, people travel demand is increasing day by day, as people gradually flow into medium-sized cities, passenger travel distance is increasing gradually, therefore, China’s railway passenger traffic is relatively concentrated, passenger travel distance is relatively longer. With the construction of high-speed railway and the improving of passenger spending power, high-speed railway passenger flow increased quickly. Cross-line passenger flow which accounts for a large proportion of the passenger flow is increasing quickly, putting forward more requirements to improve the level of direct transportation, as to reduce passenger’s travel time, avoid bringing transfer time, effort and risk consumption. High-speed train across the line have a good adaptability on the above conditions, thus developing a reasonable high-speed railway across-line train working plan is essential to cross-line train running.This paper based on the long-term plan of railway network,consults domestic and international relevant materials extensively, the main contents are as follows:(1)High-speed train across the line has feasible conditions, and it is necessary to meet the demand of the cross-line passenger, through analyzing the cross-line passenger flow characteristic of our country, putting forward cross-line passenger flow transport mode, also, combined with domestic and abroad cross-line passenger transportation methods, putting forward reasonable transportation way for China’s high-speed cross-line passenger flow;(2)According to the characteristics of high-speed train across the line, establishing a reasonably distance and trains time table of high-speed train across the line, providing a basis for high-speed train across the line working plan, facilitating passenger’s travel, ensuring the good benefits for high-speed train across the line;(3)This paper puts research on the coordination between high-speed train across the line and the comprehensive skylight maintenance, then puts forward a reasonable train operation organization under different forms of comprehensive skylight maintenance;(4)This paper takes railway operating income, passenger fares, empty seats travel distance and passenger’s travel time as the target, considering the model constraints, establishing the high-speed train across the line working plan model, then simplifying the model, and finally we provide a self-constructed instance, in order to give a case verification. |
