As an important infrastructure for national transportation,bridges play an important role in traffic convenience.With the construction of various overpasses and sea-crossing bridges,the importance of bridges in the national transportation system has become increasingly significant.Because of the importance of bridges,the operational status of bridges is directly related to the safety of people’s lives and property and even the development of the country’s economy.In the long-term service life of bridges,they will be affected by problems such as harsh environment,vehicle overload,and material aging.These problems may lead to structural damage and abnormal state of the bridges during normal service life.Under some extreme circumstances,severe accidents such as collapse and fractures may happen to bridges.Therefore,in order to find out the abnormal state and take necessary repair methods to the bridge in time,it is particularly important to establish a remote monitoring system for the bridge.Based on the establishment of a fully functional bridge remote monitoring system,this paper optimizes the system’s data processing system and information platform,realizes the configuration development of the data processing system,and transforms the method of abnormal state alarm to the integration of SMS and streaming media.These work simplifies the development process of the future bridge remote monitoring system and greatly increases the spot information that the system can obtain,providing the bridge maintenance units with more credible guidance for the formulation of emergency measures.From the perspective of engineering and technology,this thesis elaborates on the bridge health monitoring system’s composition,data transmission,and information display.(1)Taking Hongfu Bridge in Guangdong as an example,this thesis designs a complete remote monitoring system,including data processing system,information platform and data processing system configuration platform.(2)According to the data storage requirements in the long-term operation of the bridge remote monitoring system,a complete relational database system was developed,and a set of software for monitoring data acquisition and system parameter control was finished based on the C#.NET programming language.(3)This thesis completed the construction of information platform website based on JAVA language.The platform provides a wealth of data interaction capabilities,which greatly facilitates staff conducting monitoring and theoretical analysis.(4)This thesis has carried out many types of tests on the completed system software,including stress testing,automated testing and safety testing.The test results show that the system can meet the long-term needs of remote monitoring for bridges.The system designed in this thesis has been on-line for more than half a year,providing a wealth of scientific research data for the cooperation unit,which fully verifies the stability of the system.
