Along with social progress, technological development, water supply remote monitoring and fault warning system to achieve considerable development, some large enterprises as well as some of the water supply company in order to high economic efficiency, the rational use of water resources, improve the management level, have established their own the water supply system for remote monitoring and fault warning. Because of technical limitations, Complex environment, etc, many companies supply remote monitoring and fault warning system is still exists to less information in collecting data, the data is not timely, inefficient, error, closed system, low degree of automation,etc.This study relies on smart sensors, Zigbee wireless communication, Web publishing, GSM short message, configuration software technology,etc,designed for enterprise supply remote monitoring and fault warning system. This system has a data acquisition, wireless transmission, on-line monitoring and analysis, SMS alarms, visual interface and remote monitoring and fault alarm functions, etc.Through research the development and status of enterprise water supply remote monitoring and fault warning system, pointing out the shortcomings of the existing enterprise supply remote monitoring and fault warning systems, and introduced measures to improve the water supply enterprise remote monitoring and fault warning system and the future direction of it. Detailing the research enterprise supply system for remote monitoring and fault warning, proposed a design scheme, to achieve the enterprise supply remote monitoring and fault warning system improvements.Enterprise water supply remote monitoring and fault warning system includes water wells system and water supply system.Water well system to the rational allocation of water, consolidate the water pipe network needs, timely control the number of work each pump water wells;water pipe network system main detect for status information of each using water point, it play a positive role in the configuration of the water.Predictive Failure is divided into water wells pump failure warning, water pipe network channel leakage detection alarm.Warning system combined with fuzzy diagnosis theory,analyze water wells pump failure;the use of acoustic leak detection, flow meters disparity method, and piped water pressure fluctuation detection method, comprehensive analyze leaking pipe network fault.The system uses a master-slave mode of operation run,sub-station is responsible for collecting data for each collection point, the master is responsible for collecting information and storing information, data will be collected from sub-station, sent to the master station by Zigbee wireless communication technology, master processed information to make appropriate judgments treatment,feedback to the sub-station. PC configuration software combine with SQL server database technology to achieve information storage and historical data to see,etc; combined with GSM text messaging technology, to achieve communicating long-distance and remote via SMS to view historical data information of system running; combined with INTERNET technology to achieve at any time, any place can see what is a network of dynamic real-time information of system running, so as to realize data sharing, information sharing, each network node shared,etc. Coordination through hardware programmable logic controllers PLC, data acquisition module, Zigbee wireless communication module, Ethernet module, to achieve reliable and stable operation of the system, strong anti-interference, good real-time communication,etc.The system through actual site installation and commissioning, trial operation,verify the system’s high reliability, high stability, communication transmission error low, accurate and reliable data transmission, etc,most effective solution to the current enterprise supply remote monitoring and fault warning system problems.
