Non-contact,non-invasive,non-invasive high-resolution tomographic 3D detection of sample targets has been widely demanded in various fields of scientific research and engineering applications.Optical coherence tomography(OCT)technology is a new type of optical imaging technology that emerged in the 90 s of the last century.With its high axial resolution and deeper imaging depth,it is unique in nondestructive 3D inspection.It has been widely used in the field of biomedical optics.However,in the field of composite material detection,coherence tomography has not been widely developed.Based on this,based on this,a complete set of frequency domain OCT system was developed with a low-coherent light source centered at 830 nm in laboratory conditions,and the corresponding optical system,mechanical scanning system,and image processing system were independently designed.,And completed the theoretical analysis and performance calibration of the system.In this paper,the self-built OCT system realizes tomographic real-time human tissue detection under the condition of single point detection,and extracts key heart rate information from it,laying the foundation for real-time imaging in the next step.as follows:1)Based on the theory of frequency domain OCT imaging,the key performance indicators of SD-OCT are analyzed and the selection of key devices is guided;2)A complete frequency domain OCT system was set up in laboratory conditions.The design and construction of the spectrometer was completed by Zemax.Important key technologies in the frequency domain OCT were studied and the imaging performance of the system was tested and calibrated.3)Based on the SD-OCT system,the key technologies in image restoration are analyzed,and the image restoration is completed;4)Under the condition of single point detection,the real-time chromatogram signal extraction is realized,and the heart rate signal is extracted from the real-time signal;Performance,to lay the foundation for the follow-up line scan-type terahertz coherence tomography;...
