| Asphalt pavement has the values of smooth surface, comfortable driving, shortconstructuion period, efficient maintenance. Asphalt is a kind of viscous-elasticmaterial, and the stiffness modulus and anti-deformability are discreased in the hightemperature. During the hot summer, asphalt pavements generally have thepermanent deformation of rutting, upheaval, slippage and so on, which have effectson the comfortable driving and traffic safety, and shorten the service life of asphaltpavement. The traditional keys to this problem is to spray the water, apply thehigh-property asphalt and the asphalt pavement of skeleton pattern. However, thesemethods are the passive ways to for asphalt pavement to accept the high temperature,other than decreasing the temperature actively. By reasonable materials andstructure, the asphalt pavement can be provided higher solar reflectance, so that todecrease the high temperature of that and mitigate the rutting damages. Moreover,with the fast speed of urbanization, the Urban Heat Island effect grows seriously,which not only threat the human health, but also increase the energy consumption.In this study, the solar-reflective coating was developed, and the influences ofdifferent polymer based different nanoparticles and macroparticles on the solarreflectance of coatings was tested, and the best arrangement and dosage wererecommended; the indoor temperature of solar-reflective coating was tested and thecooling properties of that was obtained, and the impacts of the silica sands, abrasionand pollution on the cooling performance of solar-reflective coating were alsoanalyzed; the pavement performance such as skid resistance, adhesion performanceand the resistance to freezing and thawing cycle of solar-reflective coating wastested; by constructing and observing the test road, the construction technology wasconcluded and drafted, and the temperature test and the pavement performanceswere tested, the results of which showed that the solar-reflective coating wasendowed with good cooling properties, good skid resistance and durability. |
