| Window polishers are usually installed at the top of high-rise buildings.They are often used to suspend heavy objects and to repair and maintain windows and exterior walls of high-rise buildings,which reduces the difficulty of workers in repairing and maintaining exterior walls of buildings.They have the advantages of safety,practicality,economy and convenience.The diversified development of high-rise buildings has promoted the diversified development of window polishers.In this paper,the double-motor independent telescopic window cleaner of roof track window cleaner is taken as the research object,and the structural design of its main working part-telescopic arm,the development of auxiliary design system software,and the finite element analysis and verification of the telescopic arm structure of the double-motor independent telescopic window cleaner automatically designed by the auxiliary design system software are studied,which provide theoretical basis for the research and development and production of this type of window cleaner,and also have certain guiding significance for the design of other types of window cleaners.The specific research work mainly includes:First of all,the development status and trend of the window cleaning machine industry are investigated in depth,and the purpose,content and method of this research are clarified.Secondly,a large number of design drawings of the window wiper are counted,the structural composition of the telescopic arm of the double-motor independent telescopic window wiper is analyzed,the improvement of the telescopic arm structure compared with the existing telescopic arm structure is found out,and the calculation and selection method of important parts in the telescopic arm of the double-motor independent telescopic window wiper is deduced in combination with the design experience of the window wiper,the size and position relation of the parts on the telescopic arm are sorted out and converted into formulas,the three-dimensional model of the parts and the assembly body is preliminarily established,so as to prepare for the development of the software of the auxiliary design system of the window wiper.Then,based on Solid Works secondary development technology,the compiled formula is written into the program to realize the program-driven Solid Works software to parameterize the initially established three-dimensional models of parts and assemblies,and generate the three-dimensional model drawings and engineering drawings of the telescopic arm of the double-motor independent telescopic window cleaner that meet the user’s requirements.Finally,the ANSYS Workbench software is used to carry out static analysis on the parameterized three-dimensional model of the fully extended state of the five-stage arm to verify the rationality of its structural design.The auxiliary design system of the telescopic arm of the double-motor independent telescopic window cleaning machine developed by the subject greatly improves the design efficiency,reduces the workload of structural modification by designers,and has high practicability. |
