The Building Maintenance Unit(BMU)is a non-standard equipment used for maintenance and cleaning of high-rise building exterior walls and lifting heavy objects.It is widely used in China because of its high security,good economic benefits and perfect functions.The design and installation of BMU are related to the shape of buildings and maintenance equipment.Therefore,different shapes of buildings and application scenarios need to be designed and matched with the BMU,which results in the diversity of the design of BMU.However,the shape of BMU seems different,but its components are almost the same.Especially the telescopic arm structure,more than 90% of the parts can be used in general.This makes it possible to parameterize the BMU.For this reason,this paper develops an auxiliary design and analysis system software for synchronous telescopic arm driven by dual motors of BMU.The main work is as follows:Firstly,Self-designed synchronous telescopic arm driven by dual motors and its structure.According to the working requirements and design principles of BMU,the scheme selection and principle analysis of synchronous telescopic arm are carried out.The force analysis under different working conditions is carried out,and the formula for calculating the telescopic force is deduced,and then the calculation method for selecting parts and components is obtained.Secondly,the auxiliary design software of synchronous telescopic boom with dual motors is introduced.Based on the secondary development technology of SolidWorks,the parts on the synchronous telescopic arm are analyzed,and the dimension relationship between parameterized parts and other parts is clarified.Then the related dimensions are formulated,and the database of Dual-Motor parts is established.Combined with the previous design experience of windshield wiper,the design process of windshield wiper is programmed and Excel design documents and three-dimensional can be automatically generated.Model and corresponding engineering drawings.Finally,an assistant analysis system of synchronous telescopic arm is developed.Based on ANSYS secondary development technology and using C# language to invoke APDL files,an auxiliary analysis system of synchronous telescopic boom driven by motoris developed.The Excel design files generated by the auxiliary design system of synchronous telescopic boom driven by dual motors are read,and the parameters are modeled and analyzed.The users can adjust the design parameters and optimize the structure according to the analysis results.Aided design and analysis system software of synchronous telescopic boom driven by double motors realizes structural design and static analysis of telescopic boom,greatly shortens product design and analysis cycle,improves product development efficiency and enhances enterprise competitiveness.
