Since the reform and opening up,the country’s plastic industry has developed rapidly,and the output of plastics has increased year by year.However,a large amount of waste plastics have been produced,which not only caused serious pollution to the environment,but also caused a lot of waste of resources.Therefore,the recycling of waste plastics not only saves cost and increases economic benefits,but also responds to the needs of national sustainable development strategy,which is of great significance.On the other hand,with the continuous development of our society and the increasingly fierce construction industry,the construction template industry has also achieved corresponding rapid development.However,in practical applications,the conversion rate of template manufacturing is low,the amount of wood consumed by wood plywood is too large,and the number of template turnover is not high,resulting in waste of resources and high costs.In this paper,the waste polypropylene(PP)was modified by nano-functional masterbatch using a simple and convenient modification method and then was applied to the development of hollow plastic template.In this paper,we focus on the following two aspects:1)Nano-functional masterbatch is prepared by extrusion using specific nano particles or additives with specific structure.The nano masterbatch was suitable for the modification of various polyolefin plastics.At the same time,the waste polypropylene is selected as the modification object,and compared with the effects of other fillers modified PP.According to the different modification needs and applications of PP recycled materials,different types of nano-functional masterbatch can be developed.For example,PP modified with blue masterbatch made from nano-silica will have significant toughness and enhancement.And the recycled PP modified with white masterbatch made from butene octene copolymer will have obvious toughening effect.2)A kind of hollow plastic building formwork was developed with the obtained modified PP recycled materials.Finally,on the basis of optimizing the design of extrusion die structure,a new hollow plastic building formwork was successfully developed by three-layer co extrusion one-step method,which fully met the requirements of the construction industry.Its bending modulus was up to more than 2200 Mpa and up to 3030 MPa.In the mold design,the internal structure is designed as a three-layer hollow structure,which can not only reduce the volume of single hole and effectively prevent the entrance of concrete slurry,but also minimize the selfweight while ensuring the strength of the formwork.In addition,the template design adopts "white leather and black core" multilayer structure.White PP was used as the skin,which could reduce the heat absorption to a certain extent and the thermal expansion during use,and could also increase the toughness of the template.Black PP has low cost.As a core layer,it can increase the strength of the template and minimize the production cost.Therefore,the entire plastic template is a "white skin and black core" double-layer hollow structure,which can not only reduce the feed,but also combine different colors of PP.The double-layer hollow structure can minimize the production cost when the strength is maximized.The materials used in the formwork are recyclable resources,which are environmentally friendly.And the formwork has high rigidity,high strength,small size shrinkage,and no deformation after water absorption,which can fully meet the mechanical performance requirements of building templates on site.
