| According to the data released by China Disabled Persons’ Federation,the number of physically disabled people in China is up to 25 million,involving more than 40 million families.However,psychological research shows that affected by traditional concepts,disabled people have inferiority and depression,prone to suicidal thoughts,and the detection rate of psychological problems is high.In this study,3D printing technology is used to redesign the appearance of the prosthesis,and it is promoted through the Olympic platform.While making a lighter and personalized appearance of the prosthesis,it makes the prosthesis a personal customized personalized accessory to help the disabled build their self-confidence.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter introduces the principle of 3D printing technology in detail,the common forming technology and advantages of 3D printing,and analyzes the research methods applicable to the artificial limb appearance,providing the basic theoretical support for this paper.The second chapter tries to analyze the characteristics of 3D printing technology from different competition items,different ages,different competition styles and color psychology through literature collection and questionnaire survey Relevant knowledge provides the design scheme for the appearance of the prosthesis and makes full preparation for the production of the real object.In Chapter 3,the advantages of 3D printing technology applied to the appearance of the prosthesis are analyzed in detail.Compared with the traditional manufacturing technology for the short board of the prosthesis appearance,3D printing technology can achieve the lightweight design of the structure and the lightweight design of the material.The integrated molding is more convenient for the disabled to wear,and it can also be borrowed Help 3D scanner scan to achieve zero error,and prove in theory that 3D printing can provide more effective and more accurate personalized services compared with traditional methods;in the fourth chapter,practice all the previous theoretical knowledge,verify the rationality of the design theory,and provide new ideas and ideas for the future 3D printing design at the end of the article.This study focuses on the advantages of 3D printing for the appearance of artificial limbs.It can be seen that 3D printing technology can help promote the innovation of artificial limb appearance,accelerate the industrial transformation,and improve the technical content of the Winter Olympic Games.By combining technology with the Olympic Games,promoting the development of China’s sports industry with technology,and combining new equipment and facilities,it can also improve the brilliance of the Paralympic Games and present it to the world At the 2022 Winter Olympics,3D printing technology has great advantages in lightweight design,personalized design,material,environmental protection and other aspects,which can make up for the shortcomings of traditional manufacturing.In conclusion,this study realized the application of 3D printing technology to the appearance of artificial limbs,and proved the practical significance of this study through theory and practice. |
