| Tilt-up building is currently widely used in the United States and other western developed countries.It is mainly used in single-storey or multi-storey buildings with large space,such as industrial plants,large warehouses and supermarkets,etc.Its main characteristics include speed,efficiency and economy.The development of Tilt-up build in China is conducive to promoting the process of construction industrialization.In Tilt-up building system,there are various types of anchors between components,which can be divided into Cast-in anchors and Post-installed anchors according to the construction process.According to the design requirements,anchors should have sufficient seismic energy dissipation capacity to ensure the overall stability of the buildings under earthquake.Therefore,it is of great importance to study the mechanical performance and structure of anchors for the Tilt-up building system.Due to the urbanization construction,natural resources are overexploited and the output of construction solid waste is gradually increased.The application of recycled concrete in Tilt-up building system and the development of sustainable constructions are conducive to reducing environmental pollution and saving natural resources.According to the design method from Building Code Requirements for Structural Concrete and Commentary(ACI 318-14),EM2 anchor is selected to explore the influence of anchor diameter,embedded depth of anchors,concrete strength,spacing of anchors,and distance from anchors to concrete edge on mechanical properties and failure modes under shear load;And using ABAQUS for finite element analysis to verify the test results.Moreover,the design of recycled concrete components is carried out to explore the anchor design method of the recycled concrete components in the Tilt-up building system.Moreover,the recycled concrete specimens were designed to explore the design method of anchors in Tilt-up building system.It is found that the failure modes of anchor under shear load are failure of steel and failure of concrete along shear load direction.When the distance between anchor and concrete edge is small,anchor’s steel failure is easy to occur;when the distance from anchors to concrete edge is large,anchors is easy to occur concrete failure.By analyzing the load-displacement curve of the anchors specimens,it is found that the changes of anchor diameter,embedded depth of anchors and concrete strength have regular changes on the mechanical properties of anchor,so the size effect of anchor is also very important for the design of anchor.At the same time,it is found that the performance of recycled concrete is the same or slightly higher than that of ordinary concrete under the same strength.By comparing the calculation results of ACI318-14 with the experimental results,the Suggestions for the design of Tilt-up building anchor in ACI318-14 are obtained in China. |
