| Recycled rubber concrete in building garbage and waste tire utilization processing to the good and has good engineering properties,but due to the rubber particle incorporation will lead to recycled concrete strength decreases.In order to make up for the disadvantage of reducing the strength of rubber recycled concrete,and strengthen the practical value of the project,to improve the mechanical properties of rubber recycled concrete.The C40 concrete as a benchmark,choose 5~20mm particle recycled aggregate diameter to 50 percent of the volume of the replace part of the natural coarse aggregate,use 2 ~ 4mm Diameter of rubber particles,and replace part of the sand to10% by volume,washed by water and inorganic solution,organic solvent modifier modification of rubber particles,and the modified reclaimed rubber concrete of basic mechanical test.The test results showed that through washing,Na OH solution and Mg SO4 solution,KH570 solution modification,in addition to the basic mechanical properties of Mg SO4 acidic solution modification of rubber recycled concrete decreased and other modifier treated reclaimed rubber concrete basic mechanical properties were improved significantly,KH570 solution the modifying effect was the best,and the various modifiers change mechanism analysis,for rubber regeneration concrete utilization. |
