| Oil contamination is a key factor affecting the hydraulic industry.The contaminants in the oil are mainly solid particles.Its impact on the hydraulic system is mainly reflected in the performance attenuation of various hydraulic components.The degree to which the performance of a hydraulic component changes under the influence of solid particles is called the contamination sensitivity of the hydraulic components.In view of the fact that hydraulic transmission and control technology is widely used in the industrial field,it is very necessary to analyze the contamination sensitivity of hydraulic components and establish its test system.Based on the analysis of the contamination sensitivity of hydraulic components,the design purpose of the test system is clarified and a related test system is designed.Besides,the contamination sensitivity Test of hydraulic components and the measurement and control system are developed on the basis of the hydraulic system and actual needs.The main contents of this article are as follows:(1)After the domestic and foreign literature,the development status of contamination sensitivity of hydraulic components is introduced respectively,and the main contents of work and research significance of the topic are expounded.(2)It is pointed out that the volumetric efficiency is the evaluation index of the contamination sensitivity of the hydraulic pump.Based on the impact of solid particles on the performance of the spool valve and the overflow valve,It is pointed out that the evaluation index of the contamination sensitivity of the spool valve is its contamination clamping,and the evaluation index of the contamination sensitivity of the force and proportional valve is its static and dynamic characteristics,and the evaluation index of the contamination sensitivity of the overflow valve is the opening and closing characteristics and dynamic characteristics,which provides a theoretical basis for the design of the test system and the determination of the related components contamination sensitivity test process.(3)According to the clear goals,the hydraulic system is put forward and the key components of the system is selected independently.In view of the difficulties in the system design process,that is,the large number of test items in the system results in the difficulty of piping layout,the settlement of system particles and the heat dissipation of the system,these problems are explained and solutions are proposed.(4)Based on the hydraulic system,a test procedure for the contamination sensitivity of hydraulic components is developed.In order to ensure the reliability of the test results,the dispersion test and the filtration capacity test are the prerequisites for all tests.Different test procedures and test methods for different test items of hydraulic pumps and hydraulic valve components are put forward.(5)The overall structure of the measurement and control system,namely the upper computer operating software + lower computer PLC controller,is developed.The related electronic control components are selected,what’s more,the electrical system,PLC control program and operation for the realization of the hydraulic component contamination sensitivity test software are programmed. |
