| With the continuous increase of the urban population,the number of motor vehicles and the distance traveled,the total amount of urban transportation trips has rapidly increased,and the pressure on the safe and stable operation of the urban transportation system is also increasing.Order and efficiency have an impact that cannot be ignored.The increasing demand and willingness of urban residents for the smooth,safe,green and comfortable traffic operation environment poses greater challenges and higher requirements for urban traffic managers.Urban road accident black spots are the "pain points" in the traffic system.How to accurately locate,identify and analyze the accident black spots on urban roads,so as to propose efficient and economic governance countermeasures,improve the traffic environment governance ability,and create The urban traffic operation environment,which assists urban development and construction,has become one of the urgent problems to be solved in road traffic safety management.In this paper,we first study and research the existing accident black point recognition methods and the progress of spatial clustering theory,combining the characteristics of GIS spatial analysis technology and clustering algorithms to identify the objective and efficient characteristics of the accidental space clustering area.Overlapping spatial analysis technology and grid-based K-means clustering algorithm were used to identify black spots on urban roads in the urban area of Anqing city,which completely coincided with historical data.Frequent areas and road sections;Based on the analysis of the distribution law and morphological characteristics of traffic accidents in the central city of Anqing city,this paper studies the influencing factors of traffic accident black spots on urban roads from four aspects: driver,vehicle,road and environment,and probes into the influencing mechanism of each factor on the occurrence of traffic accidents,and use the analytic hierarchy process to quantify the various factors of the black spots of the accidents,and rank their impact degree,to obtain the main causes of accidents in the region,and thus from various aspects Improvement provides reasonable and scientific governance suggestions. |
