In recent years, traffic accident has become a worldwide public hazards. With the rapid development of social economy in our country, car ownership increase sharply, traffic accidents also happens, road traffic safety problem has become the developing traffic is an urgent need to solve the problem. Road traffic safety management is one of the important basis of identifying road traffic accident of the multiple points(sections, regional), analyzing the cause of the main factors, put forward practical and feasible management measures of transportation, thereby raising the level of road traffic safety management in our country.This research take the theoretical analysis and applied practice of combining the research train of thought, from the theory, method, technology and application level application of spatial analysis technology is mainly studied in the identification of accident black point, characteristics and main influence factors and so on. Paper discusses the domestic and foreign scholars in the traffic accident black point identification and cause analysis, and spatial analysis methods in other fields of application, and combing the existing problems and the insufficiency of research; For the institute to use data, through the data cleaning technology for "incomplete, wrong, repeat " three types " dirty accident data " filtering and sorting, avoid the influence of incomplete because of the accident data accident black point accuracy of identification and cause analysis, and puts forward to the multidimensional data model based on relational database an orderly, level storage.In view of the core content in the research of this paper, first, with the demand of accident black point identification and cause analysis, introduces the buffer analysis, superimposed analysis and kernel density clustering principle and application method of three kinds of spatial analysis method. After combining with the road traffic accident black point identification and cause analysis of demand, put forward the corresponding method to improve the application of three kinds of spatial analysis technology, including "longer radius point buffer analysis" and "superimposed analysis" method, and combining the "nuclear density clustering optimization window width" approach. Based on the traffic administrative department of the city limits in Hangzhou after a period of the traffic accident raw data collected, the application of three methods for the study of road traffic accidents in the area in the identification of multiple points, which lead to the causes of traffic accidents are analyzed, and the different methods of identification, comparing the results of the analysis evaluation.Research results show that the improved space analysis method is applied to identification of road traffic accident black point and cause analysis, able to effectively manage the accident data and analysis, for the study of the increasingly serious traffic safety problem make some exploration. Moreover, the future can continue to do further exploration, in traffic accident prediction research.
