The complete engineering project includes engineering technology,economic management,information technology and other aspects,which is a tedious and labor-intensive process.For example,the construction of immersed tunnels,from pipe joint production,shipping and sinking,to underwater joints,not only has a huge engineering volume,but also has many problems and major difficulties.These major and difficult points need to be monitored in real time during the construction process,and this process requires huge human investment and is prone to errors.Based on the Luntou-Biological Island Tunnel Project in Guangzhou,this paper discusses and analyzes many difficulties in the project,such as pipe prefabrication and underwater connection,and gives measures to deal with these difficulties.This paper first introduces the basic overview of the relying project and the surrounding natural environmental conditions and analyzes the construction difficulties.In the construction process of immersed tube tunnel,due to the limitations of the tunnel construction site and immersed tunnel construction technology,new requirements are proposed in the process of segment production and underwater joint construction,such as the guarantee of the precision of the segment production,the construction method of the underwater joint of the segment,and the construction management of the immersed tunnel,etc.In the prefabricated construction of the tube segment,because the construction is carried out on the semi-submersible barge dynamic construction platform,the measurement during the construction process,the deformation control of the ship,the choice of the template system,the processing and installation of the steel end shell have become the key to the construction of the immersed tunnel.The main difficulties in the construction of underwater joints are the waterproofing of the segments and the construction process.Secondly,through the analysis of the main technical process of the immersed tunnel construction,combined with the introduction of the main difficulties of the immersed tunnel construction,the key construction techniques in the construction of the immersed tunnel are researched.Finally,the key technologies such as the prefabrication of the tube segment,the construction of the concrete against the anchor layer,the transportation and sinking of the tube segment,the construction in the tube,and the final joints in the water are given to ensure the successful construction of the immersed tube tunnel.The relevant research results of this paper can provide a reference for the construction of similar immersed tunnel projects.In addition,this paper analyzes the main tasks of project schedule management,selects Visual LISP software for secondary development of CAD,and analyzes the system requirements,structure,and model design in visual management.By establishing a visualization system for immersed tunnel engineering,efficient control of the project is achieved,and each part of the system is introduced in detail.
