Study On Construction Phase Of The Project Schedule-cost Joint Management Based On BIM

Along with the rapid development of modern society,the construction project presents a trend of more and more complex.This leads to a lot of problems in project management which cannot be solved by traditional techniques and tools.Now the information technology industry in different forms gradually infiltrated all sectors,the emergence and development of BIM technology for the construction industry mean great significance.Using Building information model can collect all the construction information during the process of construction and investment,then we can use computer to analysis the decision-making information which is needed by managers.By this way the level of project management can be improved..So it is necessary from a technical point of view to explore using BIM technology to solve the problem of the project schedule-cost joint management.By reference to a large number of literature,the paper analysis the existing engineering project schedule,cost management theory.We introduce BIM technology to make up for the limitations of traditional project management.This paper analyzes the limitation of traditional project joint management of schedule-cost,and then it raises the BIM technology application’s advantage in the joint management of schedule-cost,and introduces in detail the role of BIM technology application in joint management process;Secondly,the paper build a joint management system which is based on BIM and the evaluation index system,through joint management system,joint management of the project schedule costs,the use of evaluation index system for the application effect BIM technology has made its assessment;Finally the article through the analysis of the application of BIM technology in case R,from practice to justifying the BIM technology is applied to the feasibility of joint management cost,progress and use the index evaluation system to verify the BIM technology in R project application effect is good.This paper introduces BIM technology into the joint management of schedule-cost.As the BIM technology application in the engineering project management,provides a guideline for the promotion of BIM technology in China.And it also has a certain theoretical significance and practical significance.Through the establishment of a joint management system to implement BIM technology in the progress of joint management,For the present engineering management of the construction project it may enhance the level of the joint management of schedule-cost and bring a certain reference value.
