With the rapid development of China’s economy,the number of cars continues to increase,and urban road traffic problems are increasingly prominent.Xi’an,as the capital of Shaanxi Province and the largest metropolis in the northwest region,the urban road network construction is far behind the demands of urban transportation development,and the traffic congestion problem is becoming more and more serious.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the traffic congestion in Xi’an.In order to obtain the real-time traffic situation data of Xi’an,this article uses Python language to design and program the API call API interface of Gaode based on the principle of web crawler,thus obtaining the real-time traffic data of Xi’an.For the study of the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of congestion in Xi’an,this paper classifies roads in different regions through cluster analysis,and analyzes the congestion clustering of different road vehicle speeds in time;through the study of time distribution characteristics,it is found that The morning and evening peak congestion is obvious on working days.The road speed and the number of road congestions show a cyclical change.The traffic congestion on the evening peak and double weekends is better than the working days.Analysis of the spatial distribution characteristics of traffic congestion found that the areas of peak traffic congestion on weekdays are basically the same as the areas of early morning peak traffic congestion,and the traffic conditions at noon are good at noon.Compared with the morning peak traffic congestion,the traffic operation is much smoother;the congestion space changes on weekends The characteristic has the congestion change characteristic of "early pass and late congestion".This paper explores the congested Changfa section of Xi’an and obtains the data of the congested section of Zhouchangfa in Xi’an.In this paper,the study of road congestion establishes a congestion duration survival analysis model.Through the nonparametric estimation of the two basic functions of the survival model,the calculation methods of the survival function and the risk rate function are determined.Taking the Second Ring Road and Huancheng Road as examples,the overalldistribution characteristics of the congestion duration were analyzed in detail.The characteristics of road congestion are analyzed by studying the changes of survival function and risk rate function with time.The significance test of the non-parametric comparison method of survival analysis qualitatively illustrates the morning and evening peaks,working days,weekends and congestion differences of road sections in different directions.In order to study the effect of time and space,road conditions,and traffic conditions on traffic congestion,this paper establishes a Cox proportional hazards model of the duration of congestion;and determines the model estimation coefficients of covariate influencing factors.The effect of the influencing factors is analyzed through the parameter estimates.Aiming at the traffic problems in Xi’an,this paper analyzes the deep-seated causes of traffic congestion by consulting a large amount of data,and proposes ways to improve traffic congestion in Xi’an from the perspective of traffic sources,traffic demand management,and traffic engineering design.The countermeasures suggest that the specific implementation methods of the countermeasures are explored.
