Research On Intelligent Monitoring System Of Hydraulic Pump Station In Construction Of Intelligent Laboratory

Based on the renovation project of an enterprise smart laboratory,the intelligent monitoring system of hydraulic pump station is designed,which is a subsystem of the smart laboratory project.On the basis of the traditional monitoring system,this system uses Internet technology,PLC technology and configuration technology to upgrade the on-site dial monitoring of the hydraulic pump station to intelligent remote monitoring,so that engineers can check the operation status of the hydraulic pump station anytime and anywhere.The design results of this system can provide reference for the similar intelligent transformation of pumping station.Firstly,the sensors are selected and installed according to the operation parameters of the hydraulic pump station.Secondly,the functions and design principles of the monitoring system are described.Thirdly,the whole architecture model,fault alarm model and remote control model of the monitoring system are established.Besides,by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the four data acquisition system structures,and combining the actual situation of the enterprise and the scale of the monitoring system,the intelligent edge data acquisition system is selected.Fourthly,according to the requirements of data analysis and data processing,select the processor and establish My SQL database.Finally,King view software is used to build the monitoring interface,design the monitoring parameter report,curve and alarm window,design each safety zone and safety level according to the requirements,and have good scalability.Then,the data server and Web server are built to connect the intelligent monitoring system of hydraulic pump station,and realize the function of Web page viewing,and the purpose of remote monitoring.
