| With the fast development of road construction in China, there are more and more road tunnels. In order to ensure the operation safety and improve management efficiency, we must build tunnel monitoring system. Through ventilation monitoring system which is an important part of tunnel monitoring system, we can manage the ventilation of tunnel effectively and improve the environment of tunnel in time. This paper is based on the project, named the ventilation monitoring system of Xiamen Xiang’an tunnel. After studying industrial Ethernets PLC and KingView, We design and implement the ventilation monitoring system.As a subsystem of tunnel monitoring system, the ventilation monitoring system remains independence, but also has interaction with other subsystems. this paper introduces the structure of tunnel monitoring system at first. Then the compositions and functions of eight subsystems are described. This paper focuses on ventilation monitoring system.The overall design scheme of tunnel monitoring system is presented after considering the design requirements. Then we introduce the hardware design of communications networks〠regional controllers. The system adopts optical fiber redundant ring network as communications networks between monitoring center and regional controllers, but system makes regional controllers communicate with field devices by fieldbus. After comprehensive consideration, we decide to use PLC as regional controller. The PLC used in this system is Schneider M340.This paper will also introduce the selection principle of PLC.We use KingView6.55to develop upper computer software, not only complete the design of UI and functions, but also realize the connection between KingView and MS Access through ODBC. Then we use Unity Pro XL to design PLC program of ventilation monitoring system.At present, the ventilation monitoring system has already been running reliably and steadily for half a year in monitoring center of xiang’an subsea tunnel. |
