To solve the problems of insufficient maintenance time,high cost,serious waste of water resources,and low degree of automation during the traditional precast beam spray curing construction.This paper designed and developed a set of intelligent spray curing control system based on Cortex-A73 main controller.The system can intelligently calculate spray curing parameters based on weather and rain,precast beam surface temperature,and humidity information,and can accurately control the opening and closing of the water supply system,water supply pressure,spray time,spray interval,spray production stand status and maintenance cycle.In addition,the system also has internet remote access and control functions.Relying on the actual quantities and tasks of the large precast beam field of the LJ-5contract section.Firstly,the functional requirements and parameter requirements of the intelligent spray curing system are analyzed.Based on the reference specification,the overall scheme of the precast beam field intelligent spray curing system is determined.The scheme consists 10 units: a constant pressure water supply control unit,a water recycling unit,a reservoir water level control unit,an environment awareness unit,a data acquisition unit,a main spray curing control box unit,a slave spray curing control box unit,a field control unit,a control unit and a maintenance data storage unit.Secondly,the hardware selection and circuit design of each component unit are completed to complete the development of the hardware system.Next,to solve the problem of low informatization of spraying curing in precast beam field.Integrated Web technology and database technology designed intelligent spray curing management system software based on B/S architecture.The staff of precast beam field can realize convenient management of sprinkling curing through software,including setting up sprinkling curing pre-plan,issuing sprinkling curing instruction,browsing the sprinkling curing process of each pedestal and detailed historical sprinkling data information,Realized the development of the precast beam field management method from the previous “manual,semi-automatic” to “informatization,intelligence” direction.Finally,through the installation on the site of precast beam field relying of the project,the software and hardware field test of the developed system was carried out,and the test results proved the practicability and effectiveness of the system.The research results of this article have been applied to specific practical projects.The curing effect is good,and it can achieve the all day long,all-round,and full-humidity “three full” maintenance quality standards.It has engineering practical value.At the same time,the system can provide reference for other spray control system.
