| In recent years,the short-term matching method of segment prefabricated assembly technology has been widely used in the construction of urban expressway viaducts due to its own speed and accuracy,but the complementary urban precast beam field has not received due attention.In the construction and management of urban prefabricated beam yards,managers often use the common construction management methods of highways or high-speed rail prefabricated beam yards to conduct on-site planning of urban prefabricated beam yards based on their own engineering experience,lacking theoretical basis and applicability,and not accurate,It is easy to cause confusion in the production plan of the beam field,unreasonable resource allocation,and deviations in the docking with the beam site.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize the construction management of the prefabricated beam field in the city,find out its key problems and conduct theoretical research.In this paper,the in.depth research on the capacity design and evaluation of the prefabricated beam field is carried out,and a new method for calculating the number of beam.making pedestals is proposed.The beam.making scale is established by using the multi-objective constraint equation in response to the uneven demand of the beam field at each stage The calculation model was solved by using MATLAB functions,and the number of beam.making pedestals and production plan were determined.At the same time,a new method of production plan evaluation is also proposed.Through this method,many suitable schemes are screened and compared,and qualified production capacity design schemes suitable for urban precast beam yards can be obtained.For other aspects,based on the analysis of the constraints of prefabricated beam urban road transportation,a dynamic programming model was established to compare and calculate the optimal transportation path,and a new method of optimal precast beam urban road transportation selection was proposed.In addition,according to the redefinition of the internal area division and layout principles of the prefabricated beam field,the core of the urban prefabricated beam field site layout is defined as the layout of its production line,and the site layout ideas are determined based on this,and a new city Prefabricated beam field site layout method.In this paper,combined with the prefabricated beam field project of the section of the rapid reconstruction project of Hongdu Avenue in Nanchang,the applicability analysis of the new method is carried out,which verifies the feasibility of the proposed method and the rationality of the method. |
