Prestressed concrete type of precast beam is widely used in many fields. It has numerous advantages, such as quicken construction pace,shorten production period,low shrinkage,good quality,so it was used widely in the road bridge construction. In order to eliminate the deficiency of manual health in the actual production and make precast beam process meet the requirements of informatization and intelligent. A automatic spraying health system based on STM32 singlechip was presented here. The system can automatically control the prefabricated field spray operations, Through the communication module of system upload real-time health situation to the monitoring center server, managers at all levels can monitor the spray process through a WEB browser at any time, in order to find and remedy of insufficiency of the operation. Finally this system can fulfill such operation with data like saving, report forms printing. The main contents of this paper are as follows:1. introduces the construction process of the concrete precast beam spray, according to the curing process of the prefabricated field complete the design on automatic sprinkler system, the overall scheme and composition of the health control strategy of spray system were studied.2. Complete the automatic health sprinkler system hardware research and development, applied in the field. System software design combined with spray control strategy, can adjust the curing spray time and cycle automatically, according to the scene of the temperature, humidity, by the use of the touch screen to control more than one pedestal. At the same time, upload health spray information through the communication module, system has good man-machine interface and is easily operated.3. Uniting the B/S and C/S software architecture, development the data acquisition and management system. Design the system according to the analysis of the background processing, in accordance with demand for spray curing effect to view. Finally, according to the special requirements of precast beam spray control, test spray for a long time, to ensure that the system can work reliably after put into use.The results of this study are of high practicability and easy maintenance expansion, used in the construction site. This system application can effectively improve the quality of precast beam production management level, also can provide a reference for engineering management of modernization and informatization system.
