In recent years,under the influence of China’s sustainable economic development,China’s highway projects have also accelerated the construction efforts.Under the influence of huge project construction demand,the market is constantly open,which is an opportunity and a new challenge for highway enterprises.In order to break through the difficulties and occupy the market commanding heights in the fierce competition,highway enterprises must strengthen the control of cost and technology.For this reason,with the development of technology among construction enterprises,cost control has gradually become the main method of competition among construction enterprises.According to the current cost control situation adopted by highway enterprises,its effect is not ideal.This is mainly due to the lack of effective cost control system,resulting in many projects cost out of control.Under this background,this study takes the highway subgrade engineering as an example,and focuses on the cost out of control.Firstly,combined with relevant literature and information of mobile phone sorting on the spot,the research background,significance and content of current cost runaway of expressway roadbed engineering are clarified,and the relevant research results at home and abroad are summarized.Secondly,combined with this research topic,the relevant theoretical concepts,as well as basic principles,classification and characteristics are clarified.Thirdly,based on A Expressway company,This paper summarizes the cost control status of C subgrade project,the existing problems and the causes of the problems.Fourthly,according to the situation of C subgrade project of Company A,it puts forward a set of assessment and improvement methods.Then,aiming at the existing problems of cost control,it puts forward the cost prediction method of WBS project,which is used to optimize its original cost prediction,and puts forward the cost analysis of earned value method.It is used to optimize its cost analysis method.Finally,by introducing the case of the WR highway project,applying the earned value method and the target cost control method to achieve cost management,the practical effect and impact brought by using this method are demonstrated.Based on the highway roadbed project,this study clarifies the main causes leading to cost runaway,and puts forward corresponding improvement suggestions,aiming at providingcost control suggestions for similar projects,in order to better enhance the construction profits of enterprises.
